For the first time, learned the basics of Qigong with depth and clarity. Thank you for the wonderful teaching. Enjoyed participating along with the video. Felt the difference.
I’ve been trying to incorporate abdominal breathing while doing these exercises. I really appreciate this video, as I do all of them, because it allows me access to your Taiji expertise. I wish I could make it to class. I’m sorry I don’t. By the time you have class I’ve already practiced an hour and am into the rest of the day. Thank you so much for this TH-cam channel you created. One of the best. … ed
Dear Sir; a question if I may, Do you also teach the five loosening exercises that Master Huang XingXiang used to teach, who, if I am not mistaken, was also a student of Cheng Man Ch'ing? I am new in your channel & in Tai chi in general, & I have found your videos very enlightenning ,. I hope that you keep on teaching & sharing your wisdom, thanks again & blessings to you
great explanation of chen man chin principles do you intend to show the form please i have an ankle injury which prevents me from sitting low and stepping far can you recomed a video where the steps are shorter please .. rob
If you do the Cheng Man-ch’ing style with the rear foot at 90 degrees to the stepping foot, then the following way might help: Instead of turning the rear foot in 45 degrees during the turn into a final 70-30 posture, preset that foot to 45 degrees before stepping. Similarly, do so before stepping into 100% postures. Also, for all styles, take smaller steps, reducing the length of the stance but not the width. Another possibility is to take a very small step and then move the rear foot to be in its proper relation to the forward foot. It is important to adjust to our limitations and continue practicing.
Thank you, Robert. Would you please upload your Knee Alignment video to your channel? On your site, I keep getting a network error, but would love to see the video. Thank you! :)

Gold! Thanks for demonstrating these techniques. Reading your book, checking out the links one by one. Happy World Taiji Day ~
I will try these this week! I certainly can see the possible martial aspects. Sort of reminds me of Tai Chi Ruler.
