Marco, after watching your videos I decided to give the Speedo SMR130 a try. It dried back pretty bad a few days later, but for cheap stuff it’s okay…question for you…how does your work look after a month or so? Does the clear hold up okay for you?
Great job Marco, this is painting in the real world with none of these state of the art air conditioned booths with downdraught extraction then a bucket load of camera filters in post production🖕🙄the finish is spot on and the colour is amazing plus you know what they say, "If you ain't getting runs then you ain't trying hard enough"😁👏👍John UK
That Marco guy has done it again, great paint job and doesn’t hide any mistakes. Man, I’ve been following you for a few years now and by far one of my favorite automotive paint and repair channels on YT.
How long have you been using that paint booth now? Are you finding it easy enough to maintain , clean and continue using? I was looking at the sewinfla ones and they looked perhaps slightly better in some regards (I think mostly ventilation and fume evacuation), although I'm not up to date on the new versus old designs. Just trying to do some TH-cam homework on which ones actually ventilate properly and have decent visibility. I'd be curious. Your thoughts is a professional painter regarding the different booths you've used or different brands of inflatables.
If your not a cheap scate and you want to do repairs correctly. Always apply an epoxy coat to bare metam before primmer filler Always tint your primer to the car color.
Unfortunately Marco the haters that comment dont do the work from start to finish, they have their "body guy" they just " paint" in other words anything that goes qrong is the body guys fault. At least us real painters can value our paint jobs from start to finish. You show what all real painters go thru and don't cut anything out from your videos. Awesome stuff brother

I always loved those genesis coupes. Just was never in my price range. Knew a guy with a premier 3.8l 6speed manual, with just exhaust and no tune, it was pretty quick. Running him in my turbo cobalt ss on the highway it'd be pretty even till the triple digits and then id start to inch away. My car had no cats, open exhaust, cold air intake, intercooler and piping upgrade, and a canned tune so for him to hang like he did that car was putting in the work.
Are all yours 2.0 turbos? I was looking at them yesterday on market place and saw 3.8, 3.6 maybe and 2.0 turbo all 3 I looked at had engines replaced. I figured the 2.0 turbo 6 speed would be the best.

Hi Marco, I have a question about clear coat... I have a 2001 BMW 5 - Series Wagon, all original paint - Titanium Silver Metallic (paint code 354). The clear coat has thousands of tiny micro scratches/cracks due to 20 years of southern cal sun. The paint appears to be fine so I just want to re-do the clear coat. What prep steps would you suggest and what clear coat would be best? Thank you, love your channel and just subscribed!
Yea it's definitely possible ... You could actually just go over whole car with a gray scottch pad really well and dull the clear out , and re clear the whole car with our smr42 . Very possible.
