Sir I do have a mobile charger which has no voltage in sencondary unit. I do get voltage of 310v in the primary capacitor but no voltaage in secondary unit. I did seperate the output cables. Still the same problem. After seeing your youtube videos, I believe that you can help me with your talent. Thanks.

sure we can repair it. after repair its data transfer rate lowers slightly in some cases but it works, for example if the genuine cable have 6MB/S, after repair in some cases it may drop 5 or 5.5 MB/S, otherwise it is OK
charging will remain perfect,

4.5 volt is acceptable,
Because it's current value is enough to produce enough current without voltage drop

In feedback controlled Smps there is a voltage drop, so in that chargers most of time there is capability to produce for one mobile
But this current controlled offline switcher based power supply works to maintain charging current.

You took this charger apart pretty easily. They are normally glued tightly and it's a real pain to disassemble. I already have one of these chargers at my bench, already disassembled by the one who brought it. The fault is clearly visible. Its main filter capacitor is puffed up. These chargers are dirt cheap but still worth repairing because a lot of people don't like to spend extra money while they can make something work even if the amount is small. I think it's a good habit. Wasting causes a lot more problems apart from the money that goes to waste. Nice videos by the way. Keep it up.
