Nathan thanks so much for the invaluable information! I'm slowly realizing it's going to take becoming dead serious about getting good and striving to be the best if I want to thrive in this market. I keep asking myself how bad do I want it.
You're very welcome. And remember that in all businesses, all industries, and all markets, being the best - or at least striving to be the best - is what ensures sustainability.
Thanks Nathan, very inspiring video again! Could you make a video for us ,best local pricing technics to get clear picture what other photographers charging actually? Probably hardest thing to me get right prices from local market .I`m in UK ,might different than US of course. Kind regards Istvan
Great video, I have been shooting real estate for 14 years. The thing I see when looking at images is that they are edited by pros overseas. They have the bright whites, clear views out windows no color tints. I think I deliver a beautiful product and I edit myself but it doesn't look like what I see others doing.
Thanks! Actually, it's the opposite: those who edit themselves tend to have the higher quality photos. I for instance edit all my photos. I wouldn't trust my work in the hands of someone who wasn't onsite with me and didn't know why or what I took certain footage for.
Thank you, Nathan. Another very helpful video. I've had a million questions about this. Seriously looking at starting up in RE photography. Coastal SoCal, about same miles S of LA as you are N of it. Cheers.
Great video. Photography is my passion and I want to open RE photography business in Croatia. I went through many of your videos, bought your books and thinking about online training but at the moment it's out of reach :).
Thank you Nathan, always great information!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I moved my prices considerably during covid. Like a good 40%.
Was too cheap for too long - it pretty much saved, allowed, our lifestyle.
Thanks Nathan
Great move! And you're very welcome.
