Another insightful video! Im trying to start out doing rep on the side of my job. I only learned about REP maybe last year and i think it could be a good fit for me!

Wow! Your artistic portraits look amazing. Why did you shift your focus to real estate??? I would think you also had a great path with portraits.

Thank you! It's a long story and I've been thinking about doing a video on why/how I got started in REP. Long story short, it's something I was driven towards; it really clicked with me. And then at one point I became so busy with it that I dove into the deep end and went full time REP. That was many, many years ago, and I don't regret the move. I still do some artistic projects, but I find REP so rewarding that I don't think I'll ever stop. I'm in my 60s now, and I plan to do REP well into my 80s (hopefully beyond). I'm sure I'll have art projects along the way too. Let me know if you'd like me to make a video on how my REP journey unfolded and I'll put it on my todo list. Thanks again for the kind words!

I would like to see your journey. I’m at the beginning of mine and enjoy how you turn real estate photography into art form.

@@NathanCoolPhoto yes I would love to hear your story! I wonder if you put your passion to the side for profit. Nothing wrong with either, I mean obviously you figured out how to do amazing work in real estate too.
But I’m in this dilemma… I love street/journalistic photography, but I can find clients for REP a lot easier and actually make money.
As for the former, I wouldn’t do it for the money, but only for self fulfillment.
I mean I can’t imagine what type of amazing more creative work you could be capable of now with so much more knowledge and experience. Maybe there’s a treasure waiting for you.
