If you have fresh acne then you can use clindamycin gel for acne marks. Skin lightening creams containing glycolic acid, kojic acid, arbitin, niacinamide can help . Use a sunscreen daily. Creams containing azelaic acid and retinoids can help you with you whiteheads. Some procedures like chemical peels and lasers can alsobe of help. Please consult a qualified dermatologist for that

To reduce Dark circles you need to do lifestyle modification. Like take less of stress, reduce alcohol and smoking. You can use under eye creams containing vitamin c and vitamin k. Thank you for your message ranjan. Stretch marks can happen due to several reason, weight loss is one of them. Topical creams will not help much with stretch marks. Treatments will be required to see visible results. It is advisable to consult a dermatologist as they can analyse the present severity of marks and suggest you treatment plan or topical medications accordingly.

I have mild acne (pus-filled) and have been prescribed low dosage (20mg). Considering I weigh ~85 kg, shouldn't the dose be a bit higher? Is it common to have been prescribed such low dose or I should ask my dermatologist to increase it a bit?

He has prescribed me Isotretinoin Triplivate-20 tablet along with a soap and gel. I dont have severe acne, there are few active acne on both sides of the face and mostly there are dark spots due to acne. Since isotretinoin exagerates acne on the face before curing them, I want to know if I should take the medicine as there are only few active acne and I dont want to increase the issue myself. Also, please suggest medicine/ cream to treat dark spots that are left after the acne. It will be really helpful.
