I m 40 years old and having pimples since I was 17. Three years back I consulted a Dermatologist who put me on isotroin. I got relief within 3-4 months and was so happy to see myself in mirror with a clean face in years. I continued taking medicine for almost 1 years. I did not have any side effects or any issue with this tablet .i took arround 2.5 month now i stopped taking it for now acne are not occuring on my face. Since its been only 1.5 month when i stopped taking so not sure for permanent for now its effective for me
