Yes... same problem happened to me ...bcz isotretinoin decreases the level of biotin in your body , biotin is essential hair growth nutrient... but there is the sollution to this problem... if u are taking isotretinoin ...then along with that u should take biotin supplements ranging from 20,000 mcg to 50,000 mcg(2mg to 5mg)..if u will do this ..no hairfall will happen...
