I highly doubt she isn't taking it seriously. Like you said it's a deflection attempt, it's at least a little bit thought out because she never admits to anything nor denies anything while filling the role of an apology with that song. I think she's taking it plenty seriously but she just thinks she'll come out unscathed because she got away with doing all of that stuff in the past

She NEVER said it was an apology. The entire song was her literally saying how she SHOULDN'T have to apologize because WE are the toxic ones and SHE only made mistakes. It's an ANTI-apology song. She even says in the song that she's not going to apologize ("sorry, I'm not going to take that route"). LITERALLY, the only time she said the word "sorry" was to say she wasn't sorry.
My favorite part is her thinking this is "fun". I've been a fan of hers for 2 years, since she had the twins. It's not fun to find out someone you once admired is a MONSTER!! And her song just proved even more how much of a monster she really is. She may think this is fun, but it's not

Exactly what I was thinking! Nobody is having fun with any of this. I grew up watching Miranda sings, my siblings were hooked on her bc of me, and to see how disgusting she is was so horrifying for all of us. It’s even worse for the victims, and every TH-camr so far thinks she is absolutely disgusting and embarrassing. NO ONE is having fun, Colleen.

Don’t care what race, sexuality, gender, religion - ANYTHING you fall under, if you’re a kid, you’re a kid - and you deserve to have your childhood innocence maintained for as long as you possibly can in this dark world. As a chick who was SA’d at 5, it completely alters your view of the world. Adam is so incredibly mature at 20 and while I’m happy for him for that, it pains me that his childhood was tainted by Colleen.

i watched her “haters back off” show on netflix when i was 8 or 9 (i’m 13 now) and i have to say that show creeped me out there was just something about it that CREEPED me out

This playlist has been up for a long time, and while Colleen was pregnant, her thumbnails focused on her stomach. This is assumed to be her fetishizing herself for her father.
