"that's what even heat gets you." Seen it like 50 times now but I still dig watching that cut line disappear and now it's a challenge to find the seam in bare metal. The drip rail shaping was pretty cool too, nothing fancy, just slight pressure while dragging it across your leg...

A tip someone passed on to me when trying to transfer body lines and shape of a panel to template was to use a transparent template. I’ve never looked back. Instead of card and feeling for the lines. Those thicker document sleeves are perfect.
Good work fella. Looking the 🥜 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Great job man, people need to understand doing a job to the level a customer wants. Your saving this body and making it something the next person can massage and continue if they so feel the need. Only thing I wish I could buy it for a rainy day 😆

Great video and editing again. You sure are putting together a solid base or starting point for someone to make a great Vicky.

You really made a big difference on that car . It's starting to not look like a car that went over a cliff in an old movie .

we also have a Beverly sheer B3 , i think b1-b2-b3 are the size and 168 is the model , ours being the exact same B3 but has a completely different stand - you won't believe how much time it will save you

You make the Tig tacking on low crown panels look easy! When I try to tack butt joined 19 gauge steel the two edges melt independently and don't fuse together. I tried with and without a filler rod but its a struggle.
I would appreciate some tips. Also are you using a pedal and what current do you recommend for 19 gauge. Finally is tacking with Mig an option prior to seam welding with Tig?
    Thanks, Mike

Since I'm the impatient type, waiting for the final episode on the power hammer, could you give me one hint. A power hammer has a spring to take up shock, if the hammer travels further than the bottom anvil. Does a pullmax have a system like that or are they rigid, depending on the operator to adjust it properly

Pullmax is fixed stroke lol be patient grasshopper! It’ll be a good one

Don’t beat yourself up over the mismatch panel. Like a good carpenter, hide mistakes with trim and putty and a prayer.

I don't get why you don't fix those bad areas on the drip rail? All it needs is a few zip cuts just above and below the bad spot. a little bending, and a few welds and problem fixed. At worst you might have to use a little fill rod to weld it back up. I could have it near perfect in less than an hour, so whats the problem??????

Mrs Richards: " I paid for a room with a view!"
Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) " That is Torquay, Madam."
Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!"
Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..."
Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"

First comment I made, hadn't seen the whole video yet but I hope that wasn't your wife you were talking to in the early part of the video, mine would have shut off the camera, tossed it in the trash and walked out. Amen

I've found Speedway less than helpful, their products wanting and their communications essentially unavailable for the most part. An old friend once said to me when we were talking business over coffee, "There are more than enough crumbs that fall between the fingers of the 'big guys' for a little guy to make a very nice living!". Hence, I look first to the little 'mom&pop' community before I will go to a the 'big bad wolves'!
