Melissa, I treated my husband's hair and mine by taking twice a day 7gr of powdered gelatin added in the yogurt. You don't have to hydrate it. Add it to the yogurt or coffee or a soup but take it twice a day. Also massage your scalp twice a day with coconut oil mixed with drops of equal quantities of lavender, rosemary and peppermint essential oils ☺️
Girl, you have to add collagen. I can't get over how much new hair growth I've seen since taking it consistently for a year and a half. Even my eyelashes have never been longer!
I had to stop taking collagen because I have extensions and my new growth was coming in too fast 😂 I can’t afford to get my extensions moved up so often lol
Also, Art+Acre is the best hair care brand I've ever used! They leave out the filler ingredients and I saw results after 1 use. Definitely tried a lot of the products you talked about, but A+A are hands-down the most nourishing, growth stimulating, and effective products. Not sure why I rarely hear about them.
One thing that I have tried to keep my hair healthy is limiting the blow dryer. I have started to use a product called the hair drying headband by dryhairday. It has really helped and I have noticed a big difference. BTW, you have very pretty eyebrows. Maybe you could do a video on that?
girl you HAVE to try the quai apple cider vinegar detox shampoo i swear whenever i use it my hair feels like i just got it done and the salon and my scalp feels so clean !! (if you haven’t already tried it)
I'm exhausted after all these products. I need to fix my dry ass hair and I'm just going to use food grade coconut and avocado oils once a week. Wish me luck!
Your hair looks amazing! Huge difference❤
Adding blonde to my fine hair really gave it a volume boost! Sometimes a little damage is good lol
I love the blond color and the cut!!
loved your natural hair so much 💚💚

Which one?
I forgot to mention it in the video but I've taken collagen daily for years! Always add it to my coffee
I used Vital Proteins for the longest while & then switched to Organika (out of convenience)@@arabella3367

Have you ever had your iron levels checked? My hair was exactly like yours and my ferritin was low. 6 months later it’s growing so much!!!
