Actually ever since they started talking about finding a place for Kiri to stay while they travel I thought Pumat's (Pumats'?) would be the perfect spot for her! She could help around, learn stuff, not get into trouble, have big friendly people to protect her...
They have to make sure Kiri goes with them back to Zadash then. Then if Pumat Sol agrees everything will be gravy, but he's a business for profit. So, taking Kiri under his 'wing', excuse the pun, may not be in his best interest.
To be honest when Jester said "We can't leave her in the cart" I half expected someone to chime in about leaving the windows down. Missed opportunity there :)
Kiri has all of 6 HP. Even with the dagger Fjord gave to her, a single solid hit from most 'average' foes by that point would very likely drop Kiri to a dying state instantly (she's still a child, remember!). If there is a "time skip" at all (like if some inter-planar hijinks, or some timey-wimey shenanigans take place for instance) however, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see an older Kiri show up out of the blue and actually become a valuable ally to the party.

Reginald was also killed by the Herd. Sovereign Uriel was killed in the Chroma Conclave attack. Not to mention the entire village of NPCs, the fire ashari. The PCs have also died as well, and Matt tends to take pictures of the rolls he makes and posts them on Twitter to prove he doesn't fudge the dice. He did this for Vex, Percy and others. And of course in the end, Vax did die, and most significantly Tiberius Stormwind (Yes Orion had left, but he was still a PC, and who had died). In C2, we have the deaths of Favron, and well as Ulog. So yeah, characters have died.
+Imadh Azeez, pretty sure Chris meant PC death, not NPC, sure there were Vax (at the conclusion of the campaign) and Tiberius (no longer a PC at the time of death) but there hasn't been a mid-campaign death, nothing that really shakes up the group you know.
Nice work, particularly on animating Kiri. I agree with Beau's "teacher them to respect the booze early" attitude. My parents followed that school of thought and I've had far fewer booze-related issues than most of my contemporaries.

Both campaigns are great, but Jester (from their second and newest campaign) is so damn adorable, as is Nott (Sam makes a cowardly [albeit self-proclaimed, and Nott has proven this to be inaccurate several times before] freaking *Goblin* incredibly entertaining). For most people it probably took all of about 5 seconds after Jester's introduction in the first session for the fans to fall in love with her. ;)

Daredhnu to be fair though the only reason there was no actual PC deaths is because Pike was there to resurrect them as a sort of safety net.
