Hi Joe. Love the videos - always clearly explained. Suppliers tend to specify lumen values for bulbs. Would you be able to explain how lumens relate to candelas and lux in a future lighting video?
Hello joe Love to see your lesson if I may please I have a question I have a sum and it says like this: a new similar lamp is to be installed on a pole having the same height the same meters away from the existing lamp so that the illumination under each lamp at the pole is 300lux calculate the distance between the two pole to achieve the required illumination can you help please thanks for your great work kind regards anthony I10 meter high 5m_____l______6m
Hey Stuart! How you doing? I can't believe you're still watching my videos, I'd have thought you were way past someone forcing you to do that! Or has lockdown life bored you that much? 😂
Joe Robinson Training seen it when I was scrolling through TH-cam and have too much respect for you not to drop in and see what you are conducting pardon the pun, yeah im doing well mate should be all finished in September so looking forward to that hopefully goes to plan who knows with the lockdown atm 😂 hows things with you?
Ah, cheers bud. Yeah, I'm good thanks working from home now on various projects, adapting to this strange time. I'm sure it won't be too long before you're all wrapped up with college mate and onto whatever's next.
Very impressive and informative. Thank you kindly. Cheers 🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬
Thanks Joe, looking forward to calculating lux values at angles other than 90 degrees from the light source
Stay tuned, coming up!

Thanks for the kind comment. I've already got videos in the works for the lumen method so stay tuned! 👍
If one only knows the lux of the light where they are at, and the distance to the source, how do you figure out the lux at the source?
The video is so helpful
thanks for every thing
Hi, where is the video preceeding this?
Try this one: th-cam.com/video/iman_gDntWA/w-d-xo.html

Hi Anthony, I'm not sure I quite get the question, please could you send me a picture of it via social media?
