In Argentina, the health complaint for everything is ... "Me duele el higado." My liver hurts. Kind of like saying "I have a stomach ache" in English. I've never heard anyone say ... "Estoy de buen / mal humor." It sounds too much like a textbook speaking, but I suppose it depends on the country.

If youre on an ipad take a body part image and paste it on the note. Then write the names on there. Much more effective and helps you remember faster.
