When i heard the second story my blood ran cold. I had a traumatic experience with a man that ALSO lied about himself, said he worked on special forces and currently on airport security. I can't find the story anywhere by the given tittle but i'm stressed trying to find it anywhere and check if this is the same person who hurt me years ago. If so, i feel like i need to warn the girl commenting and OP about this man.
I listened to the deported Canadian episode where y’all were calling out Alberta and I ended up watching Criminal Minds that night and there was a criminal that was LITERALLY from Alberta in the show and I LOST IT! What are the chances??? Ahaha I ended up pausing the episode so show my mom your story so I could explain why I was laughing so hard. The Criminal Minds episode is a two parter S9E23&24
As someone who’s been through a separation due to cheating, and has a child… GET OUT OF THERE. Immediately. He will look for every excuse and every “bad” thing you’ve ever done to continue his behavior. Also, a lot of people think keeping the family together is better for the kids. It is 100% not, if it’s a toxic relationship. Kids are smart and intuitive. They will feel that negative energy. My parents have been together for over 30 years, and let me just say… there has been thousands of times, I wished they would separate. It was miserable growing up with people who basically hated each other. So ya… get out and don’t look back. You have to believe in yourself enough, to know that you don’t need him, to survive

Drunk dad story. I don’t think dad is a diff person when he is drunk. I think this is truly who he is. The fact that he normally doesn’t communicate means he’s trying not to say what he really feels when he’s sober bc he knows it’s wrong.
