And the Patreon page that some of these videos link to states that he's the creator of the mod www.patreon.com/zombie1. So isn't Ryan and Zombie1 the same guy?

So i heard theres a way where he has it running at 10fps up and down, but he has the recording slowed down or something and when he goes to edit it he speeds it up and makes it smooth. Thats whats ive heard
Yeah it's called time stepping I believe (which developers often use for trailers to make them smooth). Slow down the animations and physics in-game, record, and speed up in post processing.
yea as u can see the zombies movement is in slowmo even the animations

I am not 100% sure of all the magic this man uses but as a magician myself I can tell you that when they are recorded those are not people they are AI. I cannot tell more though because A: He's a lot better than me at this stuff and knows stuff I don't and B: A good magician never reveals there tricks

The amount of work that goes into making these is astonishing. I've been addicted to the Arma editor since the first game. Never have I ever wanted to take on the daunting task of making something like this. It has to be hell. It is so worth it. I love these videos.
