Isn't it possible though? I thought the reason they didn't unload mags on Lee Enfields is because soldiers didn't want to lose them on the battlefield

@@mikemikhail723it’s possible to remove the magazine on the Lee Enfield. I own two of them, and SMLE No1 MKIII* and a No4 MKI. Both of them, the magazines can be removed.
The original concept of having a detachable box magazine was so the rifle could be reloaded in emergency situations quickly. The idea was to have a one spare magazine dangling from the gun, which is why the mags have a hole in the bottom of them, it was to hold a chain that held an extra mag.
This doctrine was never fully realized, however, but the rifles kept their detachable box magazines. The reason for this was because the mags could be easily damaged in the field, so they loaded the rifle by a single round at a time or via stripper clip.
Damn what a twist? One of them got infected in the end and killed one guy. I hope that guy on the motorcycle survives

if they had an automatic weapon, it would be easier to kill the zombies, another weakness was the house that had many windows.
The human wave in that open corn field is Western Front in WW1 summarized entirely
Second mistake they made was they didn’t clog the stairs. Once everybody was up the stairs they should have thrown closest, drawers, absolutely everything to block the zombies from rushing upstairs.
@@rebel1717 yes, when I was watching the video, I thought about it😅, a good idea would be if the windows at the bottom were fortified.
@@Hordalending in that open field they should have placed a minefield, or obstacles to delay the zombies, thus giving them time to kill more zombies, or it could give them time to get away.
It depends on the rate of fire on top of how much ammunition you have.

I guess they were too confident that they are safe at the countryside as the car in the garage is probably broken and they don't seem to have taken some kind of precaution against such attack. Zombie Apocalypse Rule: Your home is probably safer than any shelter out there, but be sure that you are able to leave in a second!
That's a good thing to keep in mind in any kind of disaster situation, really, other than perhaps an earthquake or tidal wave.

This reminds me of a flash game I used to play based only on the defending the house from a wave of zombies. Also really liked how they survived at a cost. It pays to be careful, especially if they've survived for this long.

I know it's a video game, but can't help but thinking of the layers of protection to add. Fences /obstructions to slow down/control the horde. Passive weapons, etc

The Lee-Enfield may be over a century old, but it's still reliable.
Any gun that can fire is pretty much useful, you might be using a musket but that doesnt mean you cant kill zombies, same with the ww1 rifle

@AkRaptor10001 Locking up in the attic would leave them unable to do anything once they ran out of ammo, sure they would be 'safe' but they would have to drop down a ladder into a mass of waiting zombs to go anywhere or try breaking out.

Im not sure if you read comments, but I just wanted to tell you this is one of the best videos yet! I really like how you added weather which scaled as the zombies got closer, and I also loved how you had multiple speeds of zombies really made it more intense and realistic. Overall 11/10 keep it up!

Damn these guys are absolute mad lads, held off an entire zombie army with only bolt action rifles and shotguns along with revolvers, I’m surprised they lasted this long… until one of them turned into a zombie and killed the other guy, but still impressive that they managed to hold out for this long

Best way to survive a horde like that is to get into the attic or second story, destroy the stairs-ladder, and take out the zombies around the house, before clearing the house.

At least my house is build up of strong bricks and there are three four strong metal gates upto my house so it's impossible

Alright, the video's on this channel that I've so far watched, they're pretty decent. But there're a few problems that I can kind of see. That is, if you don't mind a bit of criticizIm. First: I'm pretty sure that the group would've surrounded the building/home in order to keep a look out in every direction. Second: They would've secured/boarded up most (if not ALL) of the ground floor windows and solidified the exterior doors/entrances, Third: They would've, if given enough time, a sturdy wall, made of heavy duty materials (which could've included shipping containers that they could have built onto) and a deep trench along the exterior of the wall and (maybe filled it up with gas or other flammable materials (if they had enough). Fourth: Instead of breaking the windows, they should've opened them up, after all, they would've had enough time to do that.

In a situation like this you will need to lead them through a choke point, like the stairs, so you won’t have to cover that much of an area.
