Funny enough it was initially supposed to be residential but then it got changed to hotel before completion.

Yea originally this tower used to be named Ahmed Abdul Rahim Al Attar Tower. Now it got changed to Gevora Hotel. A must ride elevator! Though beware, they can be very very busy 😅

These elevators are xizi Otis which is like a Chinese brand that is normally seen, but it was like 75 stories for 7m/s which is normal, and this speed is quite fast enough to travel this amount of stories, these elevators are fast by the way, but I would say this number of stories could only go up to like 10m/s which is normal, but I think like 12m/s would be way too fast, but this is still quite fast because this building is tall!

These elevators are perfect speed for the amount of floors served. 7m/s-9m/s is the perfect range for this amount.
