Vintage Compact and Lipstick Repair Part II Powder Compact Repair

In this episode we will refill a vintage compact using the broken powder or palette trick of using alcohol.
The higher the alcohol level the better. I recommend adding just a drop of skin oil for extra silky- ness.
I also discovered there are brands out there that solely target compact repair such as moon mousse. You can definitely go that route if prefer.

I've seen people sand down an old pan of powder and then refill it with a compressor!

Hey Samantha, the ones I filled are vintage. The spiderweb 🕸 one is Elgin and the rhinestone Pearl is Weisner of Maimi.
