It’s not true to say it’s risky to apply for a 1year program without stating that there’s an option for you to extend your work permit with a bridging open work permit till your PR is approved. This extension can make you continue to work in Canada after your 1year pgwp expires

Not quite sure about this. HND’s are equivalent to like 2years of a bachelors degree so you should be able to meet the requirements for some colleges. Don’t quote me on this!

Hm, I think you might have to start as a fresher but this all depends on the university though. You might be able to transfer some credit but please take this with a grain of salt.
