I have a lower back condition and really liked being able to exercise my abs while seated. A longer class doing this would be great :)

Thank you, that was really nice and effective. I added a medium loop band and it felt great. I love seated workouts with all kinds of equipment so any seated exercises are always appreciated. I do like the longer workouts as well with warm-ups and cool-downs.
