      I just taped a 20 minute seated abs workout using a dumbbell. I am hoping to post it next week! I am happy to hear that these videos are helpful while you recover from your broken ankle. I am sending you lots of happy, healing thought :)

    I have a lower back condition and really liked being able to exercise my abs while seated. A longer class doing this would be great :)

    Thank you, that was really nice and effective. I added a medium loop band and it felt great. I love seated workouts with all kinds of equipment so any seated exercises are always appreciated. I do like the longer workouts as well with warm-ups and cool-downs.

    I don't think this name is the right one No Repeat At Home Seated Chair Abs Workout Using a Mini Band: Sitting Core Workout with Resistance. It has no mini bands.
