Awesome film. In 78 my Dad saw Mike Hailwood win on a Ducati after retiring for 11yrs earlier...Dad travelled across Europe from Croatia on a Kawasaki KZ 750 twin - an achievement almost as big as Mike's. He loved the Island so much he always wanted to return. Sadly he never did but when I finally got there myself, I realized what made it so special to him & could feel Dad's spirit as well as that of Mike & every rider who risked or lost their lives on this special TT course. maybe I was overwhelmed or maybe too many Guinness but the IOM is magical.

Was there for the 2013 TT got to meet all the top riders, They & all the natives were super nice. even the copers.

The folk music was a bit naff but the video was bloody great. Top job to all concerned. At least once I must visit this magical place and see these brave and crazy souls as they ride the mountain.

Had bikes since 1989, my first being a Honda NS125F...now I'm on a Honda Blackbird, yet..I've never been to the IOM TT, even though I've always wanted to go so much!
But hopefully, me and my brother will actually be there for 2015. Can't wait!

Truly skilled riders with courage in buckets. As a young teenager a couple of us snook on a ferry from Liverpool, where I lived and went over to watch the racers as they rode at incredible speeds. That was back in the 70,s so I cant imagine how fast they go these days on modern bikes. Great video Jamie. I watch them all.

Adventure bikes have always been my thing. In 1999 I went for a 5 week tour of England, Scotland and Irelands on my Honda Varadero. I saw hundreds of m'bikes, it was July/Aug, and all the british bikes were out. I went to 2 bike rallys, the "rock & blues" festival near Derby? and the Ace of spades rally near Edinburgh, to my surprise, out of hundreds and hundreds of bikes I came across, only one, if you can believe that, was an adventure bike, an Africa twin...with spanish plates. I realised that for the brits, m'bike meant sports, Harleys/custom, a few touring and naked and zero, total zero adventure bikes. Here in southern Europe, Portugal, Spain, Italy, the adventure bike is and has been nr1 for decades. However, it appears to me, from recent years' videos, that the brits are slowly taking a likeing for the adventure bike. Is that true? Would I run across any adventure bikes if I was to do the same travel now?
Good footage and glad to see you managed to get away from just the course and experienced some of the other superb roads on the Island, Spent a few days there a while back and explring more gives excellent rewards riding
