My husband and I have been in the process for 3 years as of September 2021.. I went to Nigeria, Lagos and married him . We have had our interview at the embassy on December 21,2023 and they said that they needed my original divorce certificate, so I sent that and they sent our case to the fpu and we had a appointment on January 17,2024 . They sent a email stating that our case has been Revolked and that we should contact usic , so we have contact them several times in inquiry and I contact my Missouri Congress and they informed me that the Embassy said they think that my husband isn't eligible to come to the U.S, yes in 2017 he came to the U.S but was turned around cause they thought he was here for other reasons than vacation .. and on his visitor visa he stated that he has an wife and kids which was not true and now we are in this situation,, .. My question is what do we do

Hello Sir, for this applicant visa category F2A which is current, the priority (08NOV21) is before the date (15NOV21) on the June 2024 and August 2024 visa bulletin chart. When the applicant made inquiries. The applicant was informed by USCIS that they are waiting for the priority date to become current before approving the applicant I485. The applicant has completed an interview since Jan 2023 and submitted I-693 as requested. Why is USCIS still pending the applicant's approval? Is there anything the applicant can do now? What do you think you could advise the applicant?
