The name of the white house is "The Queen Lilian". It is owned by Barrister Adewole Adebayo, the President of Kaftan TV group. TH-camrs like the one and only Bigwillz are changing the narratives showing positive things about 9ja. So long as there is no improvement of human capacity of the generality of citizens, social security, and health and wellbeing all the infrastructural developments are nearly useless. Many of these house would create photo opportunities and entertainment nothing more. Remember people make a city not houses.

As always, your real estate videos of Abuja, is ALWAYS IMPRESSIVE! Abuja is no doubt, a beautiful city. I find it PAINFULLY hilarious, that people in the West and America, really believe that we Africans live in huts and trees. Some of the insulting questions I get from them, makes me shake my head about the level of ignorance. I will say this with confidence, many of the houses in Abuja, are MUCH MORE beautiful than the houses in many places in America. I say this because, have seen many mansions in some of the cities have lived in America. Have seen them built from scratch to finish. They are always made with wood. Which is something, YOU WILL NEVER SEE IN NIGERIA! Just imagine, if Abuja sticks to her masterplan. It will just be much more beautiful.

Mixed feelings for me when I watch these kind of videos. On one hand, I'm happy to see these lovely houses in my beloved country. On the other hand, it saddens me that most of these house are likely lying there empty. Owners are wealthy Nigerians who pump their wealth - in a lot of cases misappropriated public funds - into these houses and just keep them there. Average Nigerians can't afford to rent these apartments. It will be better if they invest the funds - even if they looted our public funds - into affordable housing estates. At least, the average Nigerians get to benefit. Nigeria is a very wasteful country. I doubt if any country wastes it human, economic and natural resources like Nigeria!

Stop making these kind comments, because there is no joy in them. I've discovered that wherever there are beautiful things about Nigeria, your kind of people will undoubtedly appear. Either some of you will say, "Why can't the person use the money to build factories, industries?" Or, "Why can't the money be used to build houses for the poor?" Unfortunately, this kind of mindset is completely wrong and it is unbelievable that some have succeeded in planting it in the minds of many of you. You guys don't believe that people can actually work hard and become rich. And that every beautiful house in Nigeria belongs to government officials, which makes you guys believe that every rich person is a criminal, and this is the reason everyone wants to go into criminality. Which country in the world that the majority of its luxurious houses are within the reach of all its citizens? Even in the western world, the majority of its citizens live in rented houses and cannot even afford to pay for six months at a time. Which country in the world doesn't have beautiful houses that are empty? You should know that rich people don't necessarily build houses for the sake of renting them, but to save their money in case of depreciation of the currency or collapse of banks. If I may ask you, do you know that the phone you are holding that the majority of citizens can't afford? Why are you holding it?

"There are no money" because 10 percent of Nigerians have them and are putting the money in these houses, that's why. Only in Nigeria do politicians that are supposed to be serving the people are actually richer than the citizens they are meant to serve. How does that work? 🤔🤔 In other parts of the world business men and women, industrialist, professionals, sports men and women would own places, houses like these, which actually brings it own soul and life to the place. But in Nigeria its politicians, government employees that own half of it. I like Abuja, but my worry is, it will be too soulless for me, l would be too bored there. This is where l think a bit more apartment style development would help bring some life, soul to the city instead of all this mansions. At the end of the day, it only bricks and mortal, a house is as good as the people that live in it, otherwise its useless and lifeless. Welldone to your cameraman, he/she is doing a great job. Keep the faith.....You are doing God's work, evangelism, better than those lying pastors and churches, at the right time the reward shall come pouring in. Thank you.

Good day brother, thank you for the good work. Some of the additional information in your presentation apart from beautiful homes that we may want to hear about are:
    1. How the real estate business is doing, apart from beautiful structures, is there demand for houses, is it affordable.
    2. The driving force/s behind this boom in building houses.
    3. Nigerians have always had a taste for big houses as long they can afford, but lately we have noticed a rise in efforts on finishing/decoration. What is the cause?
    4. Cities are becoming large, what is the government doing to decentralize commercial activities and facilities, in order to decongest "town centres"?
These are some extra points we would like you to look into and educate us on through your presentations. Thank you.

Bigwillz , pls with all due respect , stop giving us second hand embarrassment by relentlessly asking for a ‘Tacoma’ like it is a cheap commodity. This is millions of naira you are casually asking for in all your videos. Come up with legitimate and innovative ideas to take your passion to the next level. Go to the project managers of all these upcoming estates and buildings and offer to advertise for them for a decent fee. You could also become an estate agent and advertise yourself. As you drive around, ask for rental opportunities and advertise. You will make enough money to purchase whatever you desire. Thank me later, and thank you for keeping us connected to our homeland.

Nice suggestions for ways to make more money, however, there is nothing wrong with asking neither is there anything wrong if you were to contribute to assisting him In bringing forth this videos that you love so much. If you were to logically look at it, it takes fuel to go to this places, times, efforts, money, sometimes accomodations, security and sometimes much more than we even see in the video. If you want to contribute which will be nice of you, the link of his patron is in the description of the video, if not then ignore his asking and stop discouraging others that want to give.
