I cannot thank you enough for posting this video. We worked several days trying to fix this after a short caused a ground wire inside to burn through where the fan relay connects inside the junction block. Symptoms were: no horn, no dome light, no washer pump, no radiator fan, no high beams.... THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! What the Toyota dealership couldn't fix, I found this in a salvage yard for $75.00 and saved the car!
@Mohamed: Dear Mohamed, I followed instructions thoroughly and ordered the fuse box from a junkyard ($132.00) and shortly thereafter, the horn came out of it's silence. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
Thank you for this video. It solved my problem. I would add that for me it was easier to take the battery out and the three screws that hold the whole fuse box to the car (plus a plastic clip that fastens to car body) That allowed me easier access to the piece you removed. Thanks again! gg
@@PakistanCarDoctor how do I know if it is the ECM or the Junction Block fuse panel that is causing my issues: no horn, radiator fans not working, a/c blowing warm air, wiper works only on high, etc.?

Is there any difference between L1 and L2 or what I have L2 on my car and I only find L1 should keep it L2 or no problem with changing it
