    Dear Patrick, thank you so much for this video. I have three herniated disks, I've done and tried all kinds of exercises, but this video is the best ever. I do it every day. It keeps the pain away. Also your modified vinyasa (not in this video), helps me a lot to protect what's weak on my body. Thank you again

    This was really fun! Loved doing it! Couldn't really do the side plank kind of exercise but i tried my best taking intervals. I was shaking the whole time also with a little neck pain, was i doing things wrong? 🤔

    does anyone else get the farty noises from their back against the mat? not just being silly, wondering if i'm not engaging properly, really trying to keep the lower back pushed against the floor but its supremely challenging
