This looks absolutely delicious ❤️ wanted to let you know that the written recipe has all the ingredients for japchae but all the instructions for sundubu jigae, not in the typed paragraphs/narrative recipe section, but in the formatted-as-a-recipe section (I've totally done that before too, when using a previous piece of work as a template/formatting guide for a new one)

PLEASE, It would be a huge plus for all your videos to include links to purchase any and all of the products used in that video especially for packaged items such as soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, roasted sesame seeds, roasted sesame seed oil. Even the pan would be helpful. The products make a difference.

@@flow4458 Korean food has a lot of animal products in foods you wouldn't normally expect. For example, most kimchi has anchovies in it. She's probably asking for "safe" vegan options

That would be cute but I think her family prefers not to be on camera. If you look up the recipe for her mom’s kimchi you can see her mama’s hands and hear her explaining instructions to Rose.
But if your mom is ever up for it, we would love to see your mom in a video teaching us /you how to veganize one of her recipes. She’s a sweet woman fr the couple times I saw her at the cafe. 🥰🫶

👀 ohhh you guys use bean curd in your jap chae at the cafe? Lol you will have to tell your mom I usually hate bean curd and had no idea that’s what she was using. It is quite a tasty dish! I think I saw her taking a block of tofu and peeling the outside(?) to make it long like a noodle. I haven’t tried doing it yet. I commented how it was neat she was making it long like a noodle and she just smiled and said it was for protein. 🥰🫶
Although I admit I usually order the jap chae to get the dumplings! 😻 Gonna share that recipe lol?
