After getting neck deep into my shack cleanup, I realized that I most likely had a long retired meth lab on my hands. Not only that, but I almost had a dead cat fall on my face. Needless to say, clean up triggered a rollercoaster of a day.

Stefaan, if that place really was a meth lab, you have to be really careful. From what I understand, once a place has had meth cooked in it, the meth soaks into everything and can continue to be a hazard to your health. Maybe before you get to far into fixing that up, maybe do some research into how safe it is for you. Otherwise, impressive how much work you put in and got done. Strong work, dude!!
Yeah I’ve been looking at some of that just for my current health concerns. I think removing ALL that material from in that room (with my respirator) is a huge step as it’s got much better airflow and less absorbent materials left.
@@BibiaBus well there was a dead cat, something to consider too as far as meth residual is concerned. Poor cat. Perhaps for your safety, tear the whole building down and start over.
