Thanks! Somehow, this video just popped up in my feed, even though it was older. It was interesting to see what you packed and evaluated at the end. I recently had a trip to Spain and was happy with what I took. I could have packed lighter, but there were some things I wanted to have with me. I wore everything that I took. For about 10 days, I had 4 bottoms- wide-leg jeans, linen pants, shorts, and skort (for hiking). And I had 4 tops that I could mix and match. I also took 4 dresses, which were the extras that I didn't really need, but enjoyed wearing! I do like to keep track of my packing list and what I wore on the trip to better plan the next time.
I’m currently packing for Norway as I leave in a few days. You’ve helped me gather my thoughts and not pack unnecessary items. I think layering is the key.
Thank you I just discovered your video. We’re heading to Norway soon so this was very helpful, although we will be going up to the north to Svalbard and Iceland, so I think I’ll need a few more layers. Technically it will be summer but temperature wise it will be fairly wintery to me.
Yay! Sounds like a wonderful trip! I'm glad this was helpful. Quick tips... create a color palette, take things you can easily layer, comfortable clothes and shoes for the win!
Love seeing what actually worked. Do you mind telling me exactly which Target pants you wore on the plane? I have some New Day long sleeved t shirts from last year and I love them. Soft, comfortable and on the heavier side for Ohio winters. See you Tuesday! ❤

They are wonderful. The quality is much better than it looks in the photos. They wash and dry really well. Hope that helps! See you Tuesday! 🥰
Love this type of video and I've been to Estonia and Finland twice in the last several months which was wonderful! I tend to go about it the same way and took many warm layers because it was over Christmas and in early spring so it was chilly. Overall I packed well but I did a lot of research and checked the weather nonstop.

Curly hair management for the win!!
Thank you! Some days are better than others. ;-)
Thanks for the travel hair dryer tip. I also have curly hair and I can use this on an upcoming trip in October.
Hope you like it!

Have fun! I'm envious!!

Oh, Elly! I'm envious! That sounds wonderful. We are hoping to return to Norway and go north. Have fun!
Thank you! We’re looking forward to it.
We’re heading to England and Scotland for a month at the end of May (from Australia) and I’m a terrible packer so this was very helpful!

Thanks for sharing!! Those spots are on my list!
I always travel with a small sewing kit so would have been able to do a temporary/emergency pants hem .
I do also, but the hem on these pants felt too time-consuming to handle on this trip. They've since been hemmed and I love wearing them!
❤🎉
What month of the year were you in Norway?
Hi
Did you buy anything new for your wardrobe?
I still always take too much even though I try to mix and match but worry it will be too hot or cold☹️
Understood! Taking pieces that layer easily helps prevent me from overpacking. Though I still sometimes take things I don't end up wearing.
