Yep same, as a fellow nerd I must admit, the day Plaguies and Mephisto both show up… literally the world is going to be talking about it. Two of the biggest big bads from the two most popular franchises ever. I don’t think the internet will reach that level of hype until or after GTA6 (depending on either Plaguies or Mephisto finally shows up) lmao.

I think the more likely scenario is Qimir is a previous apprentice to Plagueis and we will see Plagueis near the end of this.
Plagueis would never reveal himself to the Jedi in such a way.

I think he could be Ramage, Tenebrous's master and follows the Plageus book, or Imri, Vernestra's padawan. She wasn't a happy accident with the role she's playing
I like this theory a lot. Maybe Qimir is darth venamis. He was shoved away from the Jedi and the sith and started his own thing- the knights of ren
This is probably the best theory in my opinion. The Plagueis thing just doesn’t make sense. Qimir is not Hego Damask, magistrate of the Intergalactic Banking Clan and Hego Damask is Plageuis. Plageuis was able to do what he did mostly because of the Hego Damask persona. Banking Guild are all the Muun race. There would have to be a LOT of ret cons to make Qimir Plagueis.
@@zerolegacy7821I loved the book. One of the best over written for Star Wars. But remember, that’s legends. All we know in canon is that he was a Sith, his name was Darth Plaguies the wise, and he could cheat death. That’s it.

@@jimmyramos1989 I’m sure the basic stuff like his species, his surname, his “career”, and things like that won’t be touched at all… much like they did with Thrawn, but people has got to understand that every little minute detail won’t be carried over. I’m fine with Plagueis returning as long as his core lore isn’t touched (which I doubt it will be tbh).

QIMIR is Darth Revan: hes very old, he was once a jedi, venestra was his apprentice not his master and betrayed him hence the purple lightsabre and scar, revan is neither jedi or sith hence the sith are yet to appear. The knights of Ren/Revan are acolytes to revans teachings.
That’s not the only image we have ren, if you read the comic, there’s a lot of panels with ren in it, even with his helmet off, he has a grey haired magneto look going on. This isn’t to say that qimir isn’t inspired by that characters image.
So here are my thoughts on this... Qimir is Darth Venomis. I believe Qimir was Vernestra's apprentice. Vernestra tried to kill Qimir for whatever reason and it did not work out. I believe Vernestra is going to be Darth Tenebrous. As such, I think she found Plaguies and thought he was a better apprentice than Venomis. So she tries to kill him. I think that is part of the reason why she lays low on Coruscant.
Next, I don't think Mae, Osha, Qimir, Vernestra are the Acolyte. I believe there will be 2 Acolytes by the end of the series serving different purposes. I will explain.
I think Qimir intentionally withheld killing Mae. I think he intends to use their Force Dyad Power to make himself younger, thereby attempting to kill both of the twins. However, I believe Mae will try and redeem herself and sacrifice herself to prevent this from happening so that Osha is not killed in the process. I strongly believe that Osha will kill Qimir at this point.
Next, after hearing from Qimir his take on whatever Sol did, Osha will turn against him. I think Vernestra and her team will also turn against Sol and possibly have him expelled or on the run as a fugitive. When all is said and done, Vernestra will be killed.
Later on, Osha, having lost her sister and feeling betrayed by Qimir, Sol and the Jedi will leave and form the Knights of Ren.
Similarly... I think that Senator mentioned in Episode 6 will be David Harewood who will turn out to be playing Darth Plagues, who I also tend to believe was working with Vernestra as her apprentice. With her dead, he now is the new Sith Lord. With Sol on the outs and clearly having dark side tendency's... I believe Plagues will recruit Sol as his new Dark Side apprentice, making Sol the Titular Acolyte all along.
I'm enjoying your channel. I don't sense the "Star Wars hate" that I find on others. I personally watch Star Wars shows and movies to be entertained. And I like this show. Not as much as Andor or The Mandalorian, but it's pretty good.

I think Qimir know how to transfer his spirit from a body to another. He seems to have lived longer than what his body looks like and if he is indeed Pleigis maybe this could explain his actual body which could change for the other specie that he have in the other stories?

No. No. Wrong. Wrong. He never made it to the rank of parawan. He was a tiger scout, then a padawan, and then a webloes for 3 years before dropping out.
And it’s never gonna happen. You will never see Plaguies In Disney Star Wars. Have you not figured out yet that Disney likes to invent its own characters? They don’t like using stuff from the EU, and even though Plagueis isn’t technically EU, when have you ever seen him depicted as an Asian man?
I know that the Darth Plagueis novel is legends and up for reinterpretation, but I don’t think they will change it so much as to make Plagueis a human. It’s more likely that Qimir is the apprentice of either Plagueis or an alternate apprentice of Tenebrous. They could change Venamis, a minor character, to being human.
Qimir is a space vampire that consume his acolyte, when they're ripe..
and, Sol is the father of twins , donate some of his midichlorian
to the Space Witches.
I think it’s possible for it to go either way. As long as it makes sense for the canon, that’s what matters

What if the witch compound collapsed in flames because of a mine collapse underneath the structure. Yet another callback to the Darth Plagueis book. I'm sure the Sith will be on Brendock in the flashback episode coming up on tuesday, in some form or fashion.
It's best to have Plagueis be human. Otherwise, we'll be blowing too much of the budget on FX.
Nah, people keep forgetting that Plagueis was also Hego Damaks, the Muun magistrate of the Banking Guild. They would have to rent con a LOT to make Qimir him.

I am aware of that but if they do not follow that book in some way to establish Plagueis then they will have to create a COMPLETELY new back story for him and that's too much! Might as well just make a new character all together, why does Disney keep changing what the fan base believes. Just make NEW CHARACTERS. All these stories rely on the other stories. It's like taking a Jenga piece from the bottom of the stack that then destabilizes the whole stack. If NONE of legends is going to come to pass then why care at all about it connecting to TPM? Might as well tell a WHOLE new story. Why bother with Venestra, or Boba Fett or Ahsoka. All this crap does is just make the whole damn thing murky and blurry and suck and THAT'S why so many people hate the crap Disney is putting out. It's not a minority of fans... it's the majority who are not liking this and Disney should take that into consideration... but they won't.. cause they suck.

I believe the power of two actually refers to the power of the two sisters. Remember they were witches at one point and both trained in the force so this could have something something to do with ritual, stealing their life and force essence to grow stronger, or even possibly to recruit them both as his apprentices.
Yeah I see that, it also plays into the force dyad theory too. With both twins possibly becoming Acolyte’s perhaps they’ll be unknowingly competing against one another to fulfil the role of Sith apprentice which would then also tie it into the rule of two as well 🤔

Saw a theory that Qimir is Imri, the former padawan of Venestra which I thought the show had basically confirmed he was her padawan just not that he’s Imri who becomes Darth Venamis I believe. Who becomes Darth plagiarisms master
Darth Venomis is the secret apprentice of tenebrous…not Darth Plagueis. Darth Venomis is also a Bith not a human.
Don’t pull stuff from legends if you are going to change things from legends. Either tell the story or create your own.

This show has been on the nose with its supposed secrets. Given the scars on Qimir's back and that Venestra wielding a whip saber. Add to that how in an earlier episode she immediately knew Mae's fighting style came from a jedi. One can assume Oimir was at one point a Palawan or apprentice to Venestra.
It can be a possibility that a sith lord could be hidden among the jedi.
Him being Ren makes sense he dresses almost exactly like the comic Ren and the First knight of Ren is force sensitive
I think this would give the show some merit - maybe even gravity in the canonical universe. Right now, it just seems like an odd drama with an evil twin.

Interesting theory and it’s one I can get behind. And it would go with my theory that David Harewood who joined the cast of The Acolyte back in April to play a “small role” could be Darth Tenebrous and would go along with this theory. A small role like a last minute reveal at the end of episode 8?
I also think it might be leading toward the realization the twins are strongest together and they become a Sith Duo and the Jedi keep it secret because of all the flaws they’d have to admit to that led to this.
I think his former master is Vanestra the scars are from a whip light saber.

According to the leaks on Reddit - there will be two cameos in the finale and like Mundi, the time period has been changed slightly. Apparently the species hasn’t been changed, just how the species looks.

I think Qimir is Set Harth. A failed Jedi padawan turned failed Sith apprentice who still managed to steal some Sith secrets and survive a long time, which in current canon could make him the first Knight of Ren.

They should just keep him as the Muun. That is why people became a fan of the book. Please don’t try to fix what is not broken. I’m not a hyper fan and I will give benefit of the doubt, but when they actively try to change cannon and character features, that’s when I take a little bit of issue. Lucas sold to the wrong people. He should have let different people buy licenses and make/write more stories from people who have read the and understand the content
Whatever he is, Qimir is a far superior fighter than Darth Maul and slaughtered more Jedi in a single face-to-face encounter than Sidious.
I wouldn't say he is far superior to maul alot of the jedi qmir fought were subpar like yord or a padawan like jecki and the other tools ge killed maul faced qui gon one of the most renowned swordsman of the order at the time and obi wan one of the best padawans a master could ask for master sol was the only true threat to qmir and managed to beat him twice getting the advantage over qmir after he killed all those jedi and in the series finale again he beat him in single combat so I wouldn't call him superior to maul at least not with a saber

Changing Plagueis" species and his entire backstory in order to hide is identity from us is kind of cheesy to me. I hope that isn't the case. It would be cool if he is a new character with a new background etc...
My theory is that Qimir is Tenebrous’s master as the timeline’s could sync up. Tenebrous started training Plagueis in 99 BBY the show takes place around 132 BBY I think Ocea will dies and Qimir will then train Tenebrous, this would make the timeline match up.

Hes. Definitely not plagueis, he always wants an ACOLYTE which is way of saying "help me kill my master" plus Headlame said there would be 2. Also David is cast to be in the show and we havent seen him uet, he plays a "small roll" but at the same time its a big roll. Id be disappointed if this isnt the case.
I think plaguies’s species is still canon. But they can always change it. I do think it probably should be Tenebras though. Earlier in the timeline, so just feels a little bit more like right to me. But I’m good with either it either way if one shows up, which I think one will. IDK if plaguies is around yet?
If he turns out to be Plagueis, then how does Ki Adi Mundi keep it from the council…and then it makes his line in the Phantom Menace a complete lie, since he would have known about Plagueis

Plaqueis' species is not canon. From a practical stand point, it's much easier for him to be a human, as less money is spent on FX.

They have a vested interest in supporting the plots (lack therof) of the Sequel Trilogy. Theyre gonna lean towards the Knights of Ren more than likely I'd bet.

Wasn't Venestra a path finder or whatever its called where you follow the will of the force rather then the jedi council. Maybe that's when Qimir was her apprentice and they both were slowly turning to the dark then had a fight that's when he got his scar and she returned to the Jedi?

The "Power of Two" isn't necessarily the "Rule of Two" of the Sith, but it could be the force dyad of the twins or Kylo/Rey and he need the power of the two.
Ini wonder.... If kymer is General Grievous since he has long life that can take him into clone wars and Grievous killed another padewan in same manner as in this series.
I think the power of 2 is going to be different than the rule of 2. It will be some sort of witch spell for some witchy/sithy reasons.
I do not believe that a master wouldn't recognise that she wasn't her twin. Jedi sense both dark and light in everyone unless that's been binned as well as the rest of the lore
I did notice the scene in the apothecary was kind of suggested sith-alchemy.
Not so sure about the Sith lord part. He said "A jedi like you might call me a sith".
But he is a Sith, red blade, scars, black robes, dark side use, desire to kill Jedi… that’s the definition is Sith or at least Sith training. Sith bleed crystals, it’s how you get a red blade. That’s a Sith skill. He can say whatever he wants but I am positive the Jedi would see a Sith here.

What about Tarron Malicos? What about Baylon Skool-orange, but still bled. Just because he has a red lightsaber, doesn’t mean he’s a Sith. According to them, the Sith have been extinct for centuries. It’s like if a Roman general appeared out of nowhere. Would we assume it Ceaser? Or would we assume he’s a cosplayer who lost and needs directions to Comic Con? I’d go with the later.

There is no confirmation or even speculation that Baylon Skool bled his blade so not sure what you're talking about there. One of the primary definitions of a Sith in the present canon IS A RED LIGHT SABER. The JEDI would of assumed Sith, right or wrong, it's what they would of assumed. I'm not talking about nothing else but that. Not Caesar, romans, etc... I'm talking about Star Wars so maybe before you try to return another arrogant and unchecked response to me... do some damn research.
I wish this show had a proper plot, a believable narrative with logic, and not so many ridiculous contradictions. The initial idea could have been turned into a good show, if it had been written with a story in mind and had been written by decent scriptwriters/showrunners. What we have instead is virtually unwatchable nonsense.
I really don't care to see Darth Tenebrous or Venomous. I just want to see Plagueis. I really wanted Snoke to be Darth Plagueis "The Wise". In my head, he was working on something bigger than Jedi & Sith & & The Empire, so he faked his death so he could work on something much darker. In my mind, Palps thought he killed his master, but didn't because he's extremely wise. I never bought the fact that Sidious got him drunk & knocked him off...that doesn't sound very wise to me. 🤷🏾♂️💯

The names are in canon, but nearly all of their backstories are up for grabs at this point.

This guy is probably more associated with the knights of wren due to Kylo Wrens theme but we wont know till the finally most likely. Anyway this is defenately the best live action star wars show thats come out yet, yes even better than the Mandalorian. Its got a great cast, good writing, interesting characters, a serious grown up style mystery, plus the best lightsaber on lightsaber fights since Revenge of the Sith. Really hope we get more seasons.

Budget making plagueis humam is a sad Excuse to be fair! Disney at this point is on top of the Entertainment world , if the character is an alien , he should be produced as one. 😢 I'd rather wait longer to get. His story done ✅️

How could it be plaguis? It would make more sense along the timeline that plaguis would just be getting born. Tenebrous would have had an apprentice even then while getting plaguis to be born
