Defense gives up too many penalties in big moments. Sean needs to be the HC only. The General on the sidelines. 3) Josh tries to play hero ball too much. It's wild to me that Joy and Shady don't understand the premise of a "Superbowl window"
Bills had 3 main problems this year. 1) Ken Dorsey is a bad OC. His game plans make no sense. He can't scheme receivers open well and has trouble adjusting on the fly to the defense. 2) McDermott is over his head as HC and DC at the same time. Defense gives up too many penalties in big moments. Sean needs to be the HC only. The General on the sidelines. 3) Josh tries to play hero ball too much. It's part his character and part trying to make up for Dorsey's lousy scheme.

Bills overrated. Allen is a turnover machine but everyone looks over it. Not a Dallas fan but if this was Dak it would be a whole different conversation. Bills are living off that Chiefs game.

Joy’s statement about the Bills being a great organization is wild asf. They are NOW. Prior to Josh Allen, the Bills were mediocre to bad, and this occurred for YEARS. The Bills won’t trade Josh, at his peak he’s top 3 in the league but if he doesn’t play smarter, he’ll become Phillip Rivers 2.0. They’ll need to draft and trade for several positions and their window should open back up next season or the season after. Josh is young, he has several good seasons left but whether they win or not rests on the shoulders of Josh, he has to play smarter.

How can they all not know that Frazier decided to take a year off from the game? I am not a Bills fan, I have a regular full-time job and I knew.
