- This is how a tenant left my rental property. I spent my 4th of July weekend plus a few more weekends fixing this up. I have since sold all of my rental properties. If anyone is wondering why it's hard to find decent affordable housing, this is why.
They had the nerve to ask for deposit. lol.

Forget about the sponge just throw the whole stove away!
The landlords need to have more rights!!! When a tenant/s leave a reanal in a disgusting condition it it's not only very selfish of them but malicious, evil and criminal charges need to be laid!
End Wildlife Services'Needless Killing Of Wild Animals so if you let someone borrow your stuff and they break or destroy it your gona be okay with that?
OMG! I'm over here feeling bad about forgetting to clean the oven and leaving a small piece of furniture in the garage.
He says as he camera's in on the stove "might need to run a sponge over that". Brother you might need to run a pressure cleaner over that WHOLE place. Or why not condemn it. MAN! When I vacate a place I always leave it pretty clean. And I am a section 8 client too.
And I was worried I didn't clean the ceiling fans well enough when I moved out...pshhhht I'm a landlords dream I guess...
Did you ever do any type of inspection while they lived there? You never did the old let me check out the furnace so you could walk through the house
That seemed to look like a very nice house before they moved in and destroyed it. Smh.
I love how there’s a vacuum cleaner sitting right there in the hallway. And they couldn’t be bothered to put an empty bag of chips in the trash bin.
At least they flushed the toilet. Wasn't expecting to see that given the condition of the rest of the house.
Strange owners always say a property was in perfect condition. Rented an apt and found it had black mold for years in the walls , landlord never told me became ill to the point of being in a wheel chair for 3 1/2 years. Finally bought my own house, has taken me three years to get back to walking some. Not far or much. But I will heal.

People shouldn’t leave behind messes and expect others to pick them up and get away with that! I remember I inadvertently left behind a mess a couple of times after lunch in elementary school and then had to pick up after everyone else whom littered after lunch the next day! (That was a Special Ed rule, BTW.)

You definitely need to get rid of the mold in that house. That is a legal issue and can become a problem to other tenants and you.
This place kinda reminds me how his ex had his apartment. Junk, clothes, and papers all over the floor, rarely ever vacuumed and stains on the carpet. Dishes in the sink. I never used his bathroom so idk what it even looked like but probably wasn't any better
Why do people leave these kinds of messes behind? When I leave, I
1) Take all my furniture & belongings with me.
2) Do a walk-through to make sure nothing is left behind
3) Don't leave the place dirty, I even vacuum everything before leaving.
I am on Section 8 & disabled. There is NO EXCUSE for this type of behavior you had to deal with.
In Austtalia, we are supposed to pay for professional carpet cleaning after moving out.

as the saying goes 'if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen'.......renting out property is a hugely profitable enterprise, nobody goes into it for any other reason. My heart goes out to you, sir, now, if you want to address any insect infestation, mold, leaky faucets, cracked walls, etc, in your other units, even though you 'rented them in perfect condition' ( eye roll)
So this is why u dont rent your rental.

Dude, sorry. This type of gross neglect requires extra time to restore a rental unit. Your video is evidence - no refund on these guys' deposit. What a bad tenant!

Haha yes joking, he was sent to collections. We fixed it up in two weeks, looks like new and already occupied. I am used to tenants trashing my property because I bought in a rough area but this is the worst I've experienced.
We dnt need the know effects we already knw what disgusting ppl and animals shit smell like. Sorry this happens
