Bob Quinn is one of the best human beings I know. He's also dead brilliant. Everything he does when teaching is based on scientifically tested and verified principles.

He's a great storyteller, inspires humility and greatness with such a genuine and personal touch even among other thought leaders we already have :)

Go above the ratio of three positive feelings or thoughts to every one negative, and everything starts to change! YES! 7:18 to 8:34

I just finished reading his book Deep Change and it was a truly eye opening read. I've become a big fan of Robert Quinn.

Deep Change is an excellent book that is very thought provoking and continues to provide valuable lessons. I recommend writing out the answers to the questions at the end of each chapter to get the most out of it.
