What a really super clean unmolested Galaxy, this is one of the cars from pre-performance years that started the muscle car era. The restoration is complete and authentic, would be a great addition to anyones collection.
This car brings back such sweet memories. I remember when my brother and I bought 63 tail light lenses and amber front fog light lenses and put them on the family 62 Galaxy 500. The were the same size.
I had a '63 back in the late 60's. Also white with a red interior, great car. The rear arm rests I noticed have ashtrays on each side, mine also had cigarette lighters in the back arm rests but mine was nearly fully optioned. Not much use for them lighters these days eh? I also had power seats, windows, antenna, auto dim high beams, seek AM Radio as well as brakes and steering of course, fancy stuff back in the day. Good luck with your sale of this beautiful example. Cheers.
From a galaxcy far far away, in volo town comes this awsome gourgeus ford, White beauty, thanks Jay grams president of volo auto museum from tom your now and always say hello to russel caleb and branda
Top loader 4-speeds for Big Blocks have a 1 1/16" input shaft diameter. First gear has a very low ratio too. Most top loaders have a smaller input shaft . . . yep.
I had a 64 Galaxie with 3 speed on the column with overdrive! When you got up to speed in 3rd gear, let of the gas pedal and it would shift into overdrive.
I had a 1963 ford fast back just like the white one you have. Mine was red 4 speed . I had it for one year and half. And some scums bag stoles it , it was never found. How much, I’ve never got over that vehicle.
@@VoloMuseumAutoSales I was only kidding about that, but some people think when I rebuild there automatic transmission the whole car should be just like new again but Hay! After 45 years you get used to it 🔧, y'all have some very impressive machines it's amazing that they look that good 👍
@@VoloMuseumAutoSales funny I purchased one and called back a few months later with only a few hundred miles I put on the ZO6 I bought talk to Jay and he was going to have someone call me back to see about purchasing the car from me and never heard a word so that tells me all I need to know. Will never make that mistake of purchasing from this company ever again

A nice clean Galaxie, love the 390 4 speed and mag wheels. These early 60's Ford's are becoming more popular, would love to own this car.
Big Family Sized Car, Bench Seat and a 4 Speed. How cool is that!
As a ford guy I can tell you, this car is perfect. I absolutely love this car. I may actually buy this car.

Love it.
They were called "Fastback Fords" in the era.
No 63 came with a Ford Toploader, was a Borg Warner T10 originally.
PS buck Rogers car wow 😊 😊 😊 😊
These "rides" had GREAT LINES! They were CRAPPY cars, though!
I'll bet y'all have a crybaby hotline staff for people who think they brought a brand-new car 🔧🚗😢😋

Overpriced overpriced always overpriced
Overpriced, nobody buys & we close or prices come down. Buyers are the ones who ultimately decide what the price is.
