I loooooved this recap so much! I couldn’t sleep and watched this in bed next to my sleeping husband and I was shaking the bed cracking up!!! I’m weird and love talking about poop so this was awesome for me 😂 I love when ppl can be candid about it. My grandmother go to phrase (in Spanish) was “we all carry shit inside us, no one’s ass smells like roses”. Loved so much how encouraging you are that we all develop a relationship with our higher self so we can have a deeper/clearer experience. I’ve done plant meds before I was a good meditator and it was really hard to comprehend what I experienced. It took over a year to integrate, while here you are able to completely articulate not only what will happen next, but what happened and the reason!! Bravo!!!! You are a great example for us!!❤

I would like to add : one should go through a bowel clean out a month before the ceremony.
Why a month : bc you don't expierment with laxativesfor the first time the day before a 12 hour flight. 😅
But most Americans have 5-10 lbs of poop in us and having most of that cleaned out will help during the ceremony.
My first clean out I was ... well couldn't leave my home for 3 days and lost 8lbs.
You can go to a colon cleansing facility or take at Propylene Glycol home.
Pg is what doctors give ppl do are severly constipated or before a colonocospy. They give you 2000mg. You can buy 100mg $5. I take 7 servings in a day at beginning of 2 days at home.
Either way: if you're going down the spiritual or health rabbit hole: the poop journey will come up at one point or another 😂🎉
My solid stern advice : practice when you can be home for 2 days!!!!!!! 😂 I had a date one time... the waitress asked me from under the potty stall if she wanted me to pass message to my date before giving me a glass of water. Now that's service! 😂
& Load up on foods to rehydrate you. And track your weight before & after to judge your eating lifestyle.
Once you've done a little clean out (or two or three): how does one know they got it all out or their bowels are regular?
* Your mind is extra clear
* You poop 15 minutes after you eat. Every time. Just like fido 🐕 😂
Poop needs lots of internal moisture to flow regularly.
If your not regular- try cutting out/ down chips, cookies, bread and other drying foods. Add more high water content foods first thing in the morning 🌄
These testimonies and how positive people's outcomes are is making me SO keen and excited to try! I plan to go in April next year and I cannot wait. I'm dying for a breakthrough!

That brown entity is so interesting tho. I know it's very different, but the first time I did shrooms I was the first one to feel the come up, almost instantly and I was sooo uncomfortable in my body and I remember thinking it felt like a demon was trying to crawl out, clawing its way up. But then I felt so light and anxiety-free that night. One of the hardest part for me of incarnation on Earth is the weight of my body. And I'm pretty small, but gravity seems to hit hard, and all I want is feel like a feather again 😂

Dear lord Jen, you about had me run off the road laughing (with you) over your issues and purging at Rhythmia. I've done two Ayahuasca double weekends in the midwest with different groups, and have had both a bad experience and a good experience, and some horrific purging (I thought there was nothing more that could come from inside me). Anyway, the openness and vulnerability of your share was touching, and funny to hear at the same time.

Awww thank you! I just write some notes / bullet points and hope for the best! In some of my earlier videos you can see a lot of comments of people annoyed by me using words like “um” or “you know” so I try to stay on track as best I can. I appreciate you!! 🥹

I am soooooo thankful for this breakdown of your experience! It's so interesting because I recently went through another level of spiritual awakening, getting vulnerable and for the past few weeks have been balling - for good reasons: compassion, empathy, love, and peace. But also blowing up my own bathroom! lmao. Its as though I'm going through a purge. At least I'll be prepared should I do an Ayahuasca retreat. I haven't allowed myself to be vulnerable in over a decade, now, I don't care if I get weepy and emotional in public.
You are probably releasing parasites. Everyone has parasites and they are very linked to our emotional and spiritual state. If you want to learn more check out @naturopathmelissa she is an expert doctor in parasites and has a ton of amazing info on them on her page.

Secondly, you don't need Ayahuasca to experience this experience. (Although, you have to be prepped, prepared, and willing to go though the ordeal.)
1. In High School, I had a purging experience for 3 days. It was called a PIP Fest, or Partners in Prevention. The unconditional love that you describe was felt during this event. We were locked in the High School for the weekend, and people purged their negative emotions.
2. Last night there was a surge of energy for myself. Your message can activate this experience, as we are all connected. I talked to my higher self, for a while, and experience a higher plane for 3 hours.
This was so funny to listen to, but as someone who gets anxious when I get mild diarrhea and who has a phobia of vomit, I could NEVER 😂
Haha I was that way too !!!! But now I’ve surrendered to the body’s natural functions 🤣🤣

I have so many things I want to say, after watching this video:
1. My main metaphysics teacher Gordon Michael Scallion described certain "entities" in his book: "Notes of the Cosmos". He astral traveled, and saw red beings that would attach to lower vibrating people.
2. I know this for a fact because I dated 2 people with demons/entities attached to them. I went to a movie, Mr. and Ms. Smith, and had an interaction with one of her entities. The other girl just acted weird, and her face broke out in hives, because of her demon.
3. So, purging those attachments, isn't uncommon. My mom went to Marjorie where the Virgin Mary was showing herself, and she saw first hand priests that were doing exorcisms to people with these entities.

Thanks for sharing. I know for some ceremonies, it is a week to two week preparation of not eating meat, etcc. to purify the body. I think also because of what ensues, perhaps it's gentler on your system this way. But yes, how wonderful you saw "The God Head." My dear friend saw the entire matrix too, was astounding to hear her journey as well. The Universe is neutral. It only responds yes. God is neutral. He only says yes. SO wonderful you were part of that. I'd like to try it at some point. I have a dear friend who has a healing village in CR. I wasn't so set on Rythmia because during Covid and even last year they were still requiring their employees to be vaccinated while guests didn't have to be and I didn't find that right. I didn't like the way they were treating the workers per say, but I know it is a beautiful place.
Lastly, I identify as an avatar. I'm labelled as being bipolar. There are certain dark places that the vast majority of people don't want to touch, or deal with. (for good reason). You have be trained, and become a demon, to deal with demons.
The transformation to a demon is not pleasant, and you will burn the people around you. But, people heal from any circumstance.
Part of my "lessons" is to go to many places in the 4th dimension, or astral plane. I've gone and seen many different things. Even last night I know I went to 3 different places. I was in a court room with people talking about aliens, was one of them. The other 2 I don't remember. I use to write down my dreams, but now I just let whatever comes to me happen.
In 2014 I had the 2 worst dreams I have ever had. I dreamed of a war that was off planet. To see a war in person, is very different than any other way. Then my 2nd dream was that I was going to be locked up for the rest of my life, and never get out. Now, I realize that these were just "dark nights of the soul".
During the gd noble silence 😂! I know that could have gone left so easily and made your experience scary if you didnt find the humor instead. At least that's how other psychedelics have played out once or twice for me.
I robo tripped back in the day too. Coricedan (sp) med and robo was the cocktail in 2005 for sure
I need to know the fourth intention! Show me what I have become, reunite me with my soul at all costs, heal my heart, and ???
So there’s three intentions.
But after you complete those three intentions they do have two additional ones that you can work on:
What am I being called to do?
What am I being called to be?
What did mother ayahuasca’s voice sound like?
It was actually just like my own internal voice/higher self but the words were more wise. And it was a more certain presence and wiser presence. When talking with some other people about it, they said they didn’t hear a different voice than usual, but agreed that the words didn’t sound like their usual higher self either.
That’s why I go outside to go poo at rythmia! Especially during sacred silence

My Déjà Vu moments are always insignificant, and I'm mostly alone for them, sometimes during conversations and the settings look familiar, it's more like a feeling, but recently I've been having so many of these feelings that kind of fade right away, but I will remember it like a dream. The table I'm sat on will look as it is, but everything around is warped, there might be a random train flying in a red sky, you know, very much Salvador Dali, dream-like decor, as if that moment first happened in a dream but it's always in a flash, for one second. Weird haha
Well, that’s the thing is they feel insignificant to us in the moment. But actually, it’s confirmation that we are on the right path. Kind of like seeing an angel number, but even more of a confirmation
In the book journey of souls, one of them is just he looks at his neighbors necklace…. Seems pretty insignificant…. But under hypnosis, he saw that the purpose was the gentleness he needed from stranger

So like do you feel better health wise from all this purging? I don't feel called to do this medicine but I've been physically sick digestively for so long. Yeah when ppl talk about "love' being the source, they don't understand what love is in the context. If you think "God" is "love" you haven't figured it out yet, God/creator is neutral. Being neutral is the only way you can get data based on initial conditions, that's the unconditional love, it allows all aspects of creation to take place without judgement. Love and Hate, or Love and Evil, are under the domain of the neutral god head. They're the programming aspects allowing for data to be collected, they're the initial conditions. It's all egregores playing their parts. We are the experiencers.
Idk what the hell JK is talking about, to me aya tasted like boiled dirt. lol The smell lingers in your subconscious or body or whatever because I've had other items trigger me that were completely non-related. One was like a handmade grass hat, and I gagged as I smelled it. Aya definitely goes down easy the first time, then afterwards it's like your body remembers the smell and tries to convinve you not to do it. So I'm guessing if you don't want it to be hard the next time, close your nose and eyes, to limit the input data to your mind.
