  • This is PART 3 of the 2011 Land Rover Range Rover with a Blown Head Gasket . In this part we will work on High Pressure fuel injectors and other things. This Range Rover is fitted with Ford's 5.0L V8 Engine which is found on most Jaguars and Land Rover vehicles in the same years. I will be attempting to bring this back to life and fix and replace parts in this project. To get a better background please watch part one 1st. Do you think this range rover will run again?

    A 10mm allen bit fits well without any hammering and is what I used to remove all my head bolts. The polydrive is made to work with both polydrive and allen bits.

    If you use left handed drill bit and mess up the threads you can use whats called Time Sert to install threads.

    can you show how you took the th cams of and how you put the tool on them and how you removed the crank pully and the timing !!

    I am where you are at the end of video 3. Do you have any video on the actual cylinder head removal? I have removed all bolts and chains etc but it will not budge. Help! LOL

    Would have been easier to pull the engine, so the work, then reinstall? I hafta do it is why im asking.
