- Karma in English, means action. Every action creates a memory, a sanskara. And every memory leads to a desire, vasanas. And every desire then leads us to another action another karma.
Think of a giant row of dominoes that lead right back to you, so you tap the first one and it taps the next ten thousand in succession and that last one comes back to tap you.

Agree with other comments. Been meditating with you for quite a few years, and this is the first time advertisements have interrupted the meditation in the middle. I’ve seen this happening more often on TH-cam, so I expect it’s not in your control. I love your meditations, but I think I’ll stick with those you’ve posted on Insight Timer.
TH-cam Premium no ads, no such thing as something for nothing. Sorry just telling it like it is, choices I chose to pay so I don't get interrupted by advertising

I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep, i put this meditation on only to get an add with music blaring as a David spoke about the ever so gentle bell......it seems this is a norm with these meditations, second time it's happened so not a coincidence

I don’t know what’s going on but this is the first time I have had a meditation interrupted by advertising. It is horrible and jarring. It happened 3 times during this meditation and I had to stop. One ad was really loud and yelled “stop doing these free meditations do my scientific neural training instead”

Lovely meditation, but the ads aren't ideal

Disappointing that you’ve allowed so many ads in the middle of the meditation. Surely you are not that desperate for funds? This ruined it for me I’m afraid ! I’m sure in the past there have only been ads at beginning and end which is totally different!
