I managed to trigger these memories by remembering all of my family and friends that have passed on. I remembered all the beautiful moments I shared with them. I could clearly see some of those moments while I had my eyes closed. For the 20min of this video I drifted away from all my present issues. I realised the present is not really me. Same, I’ve been feeling alot done lately founding out about my families history and what my ancestors had done to really fuck up our lineage and basically throw us progenies to the wolves. I’m glad I found this along with other audios.

I haven’t been able to clear the fog from my bloodline. I suspect the cords run deeper in death than they ever did in life. However each time I listen I feel a little lighter ( short term). Most importantly I tingle, especially third eye, crown repeatedly. Amazing! Thank you very much. 🙏🦋
