    I’m facing a day of uncertainty-this meditation gave me some guidance on how to manage the ‘what is’ instead of the ‘what if’ thoughts. This is helpful! Thank you.

    This is a great tool to put great into a smaller box than it Isiah resides in. I'm not sure how to select an end point for kids of a loved one, or even loss of job. I want to connect with Spirit and don't know how to select an end date for what seems to be fear of connecting (the unknown).

    That was such helpful advice! And I cried in the silent portion near the end because of my fears of abandonment (partially causing the anxiety) and hearing your voice return gave me such a huge sense of relief.

    Lovely! thanks for such a powerful meditation! love the defining of starting point and end point to move from confusion/uncertainty to at least openness of clarity. not quite clear but at least have head space for clarity to reveal itself.

    Thank you 🙏 and Namaste. Got woken up at 7 this morning by two small EQ’s. Fed the community cats my birds and dog. Travelled to do my food shopping and restocking household supplies. Thankful to arrive back safely. Walked the dog again. Put groceries away. Then two videos by you! Meditated and life is so good and peaceful. Feeling Great. And must say the weather is really nice today in California. Thank you for the mid day meditation! It was perfect for unwinding from shopping and wearing masks. Good to breathe deeply!
