Great instructional video! However - for synthetic sleeping bags, we recommend stuffing them into the carry bag rather than rolling (It's also easier!). The continuous re-rolling of the sleeping bag stretches the synthetic fibres which ultimately will give you cold spots. By stuffing this doesnt stretch the fibres as much, but because it's also random, spreads this wear more evenly across the fibres.

Thats gonna ruin the stuffing and makes lines on your sleeping system. Fine if ur only using it for short period of time and totally not okay when doin it for longer storage
