Just a few additional details/want to share some of the EVA logic: 1) There was 1 more rule: both sides could only have 1 plane and 1 tank up at a time (flame tanks banned with flamethrowers) 2) Regarding Point A in Maisky, it really seems like it is easier for the C team to take and hold both from practice and the actual Versus. The reason we had Kharn spawn the BT-7 was the speed at which it could get in position and prevent them from taking A while we had 4 guys push it (it was a bold strat but not one I would do again). Once taken you can lock it down with arty & P-47 (plus our spawn had the better access to hill rallies). The reason (imo) we lost A was because we didn't focus enough defense on C (especially those two buildings you pointed out at the start of the vid) which let U45N put a lot of pressure on it, leading to pulling people back from A, leading to our hill rallies getting wiped. 3) We def underestimated the KT across the river position so had to abandon Point B early and by then they had fortified it too much to bother taking. 4) The reason for the small squads was due to how ticket drain in conquest works + the tendency for sweaty players to ensure squad wipes (meaning more bots doesn't matter + drains more tickets). In hindsight, it was the wrong call, if for no other reason than cap power + mine quantity. 5) Def agree about U45N being better prepared and on average better players. I do think both team's top players were pretty even but their floor was higher than ours (I blame Hats & Dawinz for not being available 😜) This was my first time leading the crew so a novice on the call outs/planning, but I learned a lot and have some takeaways (both from the games and from this video). You guys are strong 4) Are you sure that there is a difference (and most importantly a huge difference) between spawning small and big squads in conquest, or in any game mode? Or is that how it works in your mod? When looking at game points in "normal" conquest (Tab), spawning a new squad seems not to impact the score (unlike in confrontation which clearly does). It seemed to me that the main impact on score is holding more points than the enemy (1 vs 0 / 2 vs 1 / 2 vs 0 / 3 vs 0). Would be good to get this clarified by Darkflow/helpers so we know the exact mechanics and "rules" of the game.
@@FloridaMan_7 correct me if im wrong, in my understanding, in invasion at the start of the game the attacker have 1000 tickets, so if you spawn with 5 men then the ticket will reduce 5, if you spawn with 7 men then ur ticket get reduce 7, so if you spawn with less men then ur ticket will bleed slower, if ur attacking carry not full squad is reccomended but not for defending due to more mine you can carry. In conquest? I had no idea
@@rafialfaridzi8160 I thought it was debunked a while back? That how many men is in your squad has no influence on the spawn cost, but that the spawn cost goes up and then is capped the more you spawn in squads over the course of the match.

In addition, in Conquest, it "seems" that it is even less important and majority (all?) points come from holding more points than the opposite team. Would be great to get this confirmed by a helper/Darkflow directly how this works so we know the rules of the game (I'd be also happy to see how the tickets work exactly in Confrontation too).
I know this is probably a vast amount of work, but a breakdown of each map like you did here pre match would be fantastic in my opinion. Hearing from an expert like yourself which buildings are key to hold, where to put the rally points to be most effective and so on would be a god send
I hope enlisted will implement some kind of clan feature in 2024. Would love to look and participate in those clan vs clan games. And we need more clans because i consider myself decent to good but nowhere near these guys lvl
I actually joined one of Tooya's custom matches once. I was probably one of the few japan players there, and not even my tokyo arsenal could fight back against the fedorovs
My favorite thing to do is um.... Place barbedwire all over the point, put a machine gun to the side, and wait for the enemy. If they try to flank, don't worry. I got barbedwire snd ap mines behind and beside me at all times😂
One tip for everyone, In the house between B-C possible is build Rally point under roof on pixel. There's no way to find it becouse sound looks like from underground.

Hey man if you can keep this high level of analysis I think you will be my bestest Enlisted boy ever. Very good stuff, I will try to use the rally setup although I will NOT switch from TNT packs to AP mines anytime soon.
Thank you! I've done a few of these high level analyses in the past but never really known whether there was much interest in doing so. I'm a bit of a nerd for tactics and things, being involved in esports in other games in the past, and leading teams, so yeah it comes to me naturally! TNT packs are very good, I can't lie, makes sense especially if you don't run explosive packs

Honestly if you could play the game with those rules (like no flamethrower spam, no impact or rifle nade spam, etc) then i think enlisted would be so much more fun, pure gunplay and skill I miss playing certain matches like that (there were a few rare matches where you would pmuch encounter only like 1 person with a flamethrower and that's about it) but yea overall, great gameplay and commentary major!
Nice analysis. Wonder how much of this carries over to pubs, as those are far less organised. Found that there you can get away with a lot more rally wise. One thing I don't like about enlisted and which this confirmed to me a bit more is how good ap mines can be. I really just don't like the gameplay they cause. Luckily they are not used as much in pubs, otherwise I'd prolly have way less fun with the game.
In my experience the best place to build a rally point is in a hole. If it's dug in a good spot, it's really hard to find it unless you are practically on top of it, and it gives a good balance of cover and maneuverability to keep those spawned in from getting stuck. The biggest bonus is definitely the reliability; the vast majority of objectives have some sort of soft ground nearby and any hole is as good as any other.
Really interesting analysis. How do you get that airborne/drone like view of the map from above? Is it in the settings. I would love to fly around outside a match and check out the terrain. Also, what is the excellent music?
I almost always play with double engineer squads, i personally consider any match that i have less than 100 engineer points as poorly done. Since i started playing Enlisted, my go to strategy for rally points has been: build rallies behind solid cover, and double layer the sandbags around the rally so they can survive more than one nearby explosion. follow up with a landmine on top of the rally for anti-landmine defense, and if possible several mines in the obvious footpaths leading to the rally as advanced warning. When i find rallies, i will rarely shoot them. i USED to plant AP mines on the enemy rallies but have graduated to encasing them in barbed wire, several layers thick on all sides. its far better for the team as impatient players may try to trudge through the barbed wire (taking their squad with them), the smart player will try to dismantle the barbed wire but this will delay them significantly. for bonus points, place a landmine on the outer most barbed wire, so when a player finally does dismantle it or trudge through it, the mine goes off and takes out the rest of the squad who are weakened and nearby.
I think you're talking up that ap mine strategy to defend a rally point as I've gotten use to just tossing a grenade where I know the rally point is to keep shooting enemies
I mean yes you CAN do that and it will work often, but if the sandbags are so close to the rally, they may save the rally from the explosives you use so it stays alive, or just harder to aim correctly with the grenade when enemies are shooting you back, and of course you don’t get the benefit of ap mine on the rally but yeah, you may keep yourself alive that is true
Fun fact the phrase the best defense comes paired with the best offense is a good defense (Stronger defenses = less people needed to man it = more men on offense while keeping defense manned incase the attack fails = better offense since you can use more on it)
An interesting thing to note is that (EVA) Kharn_The_Betrayer is a cheater. I proved it as such to a dev on the forums, but they basically told me they're not going to take any action for a whole bunch of generic vague reasons. This was maybe 8ish months ago now, months before this tournament. He probably wasn't cheating in the tournament, all these sweats would've spotted that instantly, but he definitely cheats in public-lobby games. Also, can we normalise NOT calling competitive clans the "best players in the world"? They're not, they're just the most well known. Every match I see an EVA or U45N, they're always last on the team, greyzone tank camping for points (anyone can do that), or using cheesy OP planes for points (anyone can do that). Very rarely have I seen one of these players playing the game depending on what's needed for the team, and helping their team win the game. They use cheesy methods to get top of the team, if they can be bothered, then take a screenshot and post it on forums going "look how good I did, everyone else on my team was bad waah" meanwhile they have zero objective score and the guy last on the team has 9000 objective score. You also have to remember, these competitive matches; they practice for ages (something you can't do with a public game), and they have near-perfect communication (again, impossible for public games). They're not "the best", just the most practiced for a particular battle on a specific map against a pre-determined enemy team - if anything, that makes them worse than the average player which gets none of that help. If you can't tell, I hate E-Sports and Competitive gaming. Not because I'm jealous, but because they tend to ruin the games they play for (e.g CoD, Halo, Overwatch, Fortnite) , and they usually have massive egos. Enlisted's competitive players probably aren't any different.
What i never seem to understand with regular games is that i always come in the top 3, with 70-110 kills every game, but my team suck balls. Some with 20 kills. Ofcourse it is nice to come first, but it doesn’t always mean we get the victory.

Playing egainst 4 stacks a lot, gave me some skills, like how to preserve my tank close to the front for longer and how to surpise them well, 😂, somwhat it increased my accurately, but still too much to learn
Banning impact grenades and grenade throwers I understand, but flamethrowers? Flamethrowers are basically high visibility smg's that typically only have an impact if they make it to a defended location. That, and I wonder why the tiger 2 H wasn't banned? The tiger 2 H is the toughest nut to crack right now, requiring a rather large cannon or bomb to get rid of, I don't know if panzerfausts can deal with it either.
I mean, flamethrowers used to be very OP before their movement nerfs and incredibly hard to kill/counter. But SPAMMING them is what caused problems - I've played games where at least 8 enemy players just cycled flamers and you literally can't play the game. I suppose it was because of that that they banned them, or something along these lines. Tiger II yeah I see your point, but panzerfaust 100 can sometimes, and a well-placed explosive pack can too (or a few, if you miss)
@@MajorMcDonalds Luckily, I haven't experienced flame thrower spam. I imagine if three or more people just shot a couple flame bursts into the air visibility would be next to zero for anyone trying to kill them first.
I'm stuck in an area where my Germans are barely into tir 2 but putting me into tier 3 matches cause my squad is level is so high because there's no balance in upgrades and absolutely getting smashed when playing Germans every match so ready to put it down and start on hell let loose
Yeah there's been a big issue with tier 2 for every faction I believe, I heard the best thing to do is skip tier 2, play 1 and research 3. I don't know personally because I've played tier 5 before there was a tier system
@wuzze8312 on the contrary, there's little reason to play BR1 and BR3 is a huge gamble. The best option is to find a comfortable spot in BR2 and research high tier stuff

Espero que me responda, pois tenho uma duvida que não paro de pensar. Vejo nos videos sobre o jogo, esse modo campanha, mas no meu jogo ele não aparece! Fiz algo errado? Queria liberar mais armas, não tenho conta premium (terceiro mundo problems T-T) e sinto que está demorando bastante pra liberar qualquer arma! i have a question, i did not play enlisted for a while and when i started again i was disapointed i could not play campaigns that i wanted so if there is a way to play your desired campaign i would love to hear about it
The “merge” happened recently, campaigns as we knew them no longer exist as you play as factions, not campaigns. There were many reasons this was done, but the biggest ones are to reduce the number of queues in the game so battles are more full of players all the time. You still though can pick your “maps” by choosing your battle rating (your weapons and equipment) which then gives you a list of possible campaigns for each BR that you might get
17:04 This was rather dumb move since the rally is next to an open wooden fence with sandbags covering the front of it, wouldn't it be safer to shoot it from the side where is the fence rather than jumping to your imminent death? To be fair I also just jump over the sandwall when I see one. But just looking at this moment makes me scream internally.
My best tip as a maxed out player is: to enable permanent W auto-walk. This will completely change your game and help you to be attacking (and counter-attacking) ALL the time (as you should) and will guarantee you a max win-rate.
How do I find people to play with. I try add people but i cant send messages to enlisted friends which means they can't see if i want to play. Ill try invite people to games but they are probably in a game so won't see my invite
Those social features are currently lacking in the game but they did say they’d add some in coming updates hopefully. In the meantime, you can join my Discord server (3,200+ people) to find teammates and talk to them if they are in-game etc
No surprise EVA lost.. i mean one of their members was crying about having to get rally point spawns for the event going as far as saying they used the apc to destroy their teammates rally points. Lost all respect for the entire “clan” that moment. Sure you could take a guess at which one it was.. although if they were the dedicated plane player i don’t think it’s THAT bad.

I cant even find friends on enpusted, how are people forming entire clans? I think VOIP on console is broken, because i can never talk to my team mates, ans the ping/chat system are terrible.
On console, during battles or after battles go to the leaderboards and you can send friend request. If someone sent you a friend request it should pop up on the main screen, bottom right hand corner. There are 3 “heads” there, one should have the number of friend request recieved

the tokyo arsenal is hot garbage, 1200 rof on a smg is useless

Click number 3 viewing mode (I forgot the name of it), then click "camera tracking" option to turn it off. Then you can move anywhere :)

its far better for the team as impatient players may try to trudge through the barbed wire (taking their squad with them), the smart player will try to dismantle the barbed wire but this will delay them significantly.
for bonus points, place a landmine on the outer most barbed wire, so when a player finally does dismantle it or trudge through it, the mine goes off and takes out the rest of the squad who are weakened and nearby.

I think you're talking up that ap mine strategy to defend a rally point as I've gotten use to just tossing a grenade where I know the rally point is to keep shooting enemies
I mean yes you CAN do that and it will work often, but if the sandbags are so close to the rally, they may save the rally from the explosives you use so it stays alive, or just harder to aim correctly with the grenade when enemies are shooting you back, and of course you don’t get the benefit of ap mine on the rally but yeah, you may keep yourself alive that is true
Fun fact the phrase the best defense comes paired with the best offense is a good defense (Stronger defenses = less people needed to man it = more men on offense while keeping defense manned incase the attack fails = better offense since you can use more on it)

An interesting thing to note is that (EVA) Kharn_The_Betrayer is a cheater.
I proved it as such to a dev on the forums, but they basically told me they're not going to take any action for a whole bunch of generic vague reasons.
This was maybe 8ish months ago now, months before this tournament. He probably wasn't cheating in the tournament, all these sweats would've spotted that instantly, but he definitely cheats in public-lobby games.
Also, can we normalise NOT calling competitive clans the "best players in the world"? They're not, they're just the most well known. Every match I see an EVA or U45N, they're always last on the team, greyzone tank camping for points (anyone can do that), or using cheesy OP planes for points (anyone can do that). Very rarely have I seen one of these players playing the game depending on what's needed for the team, and helping their team win the game. They use cheesy methods to get top of the team, if they can be bothered, then take a screenshot and post it on forums going "look how good I did, everyone else on my team was bad waah" meanwhile they have zero objective score and the guy last on the team has 9000 objective score.
You also have to remember, these competitive matches; they practice for ages (something you can't do with a public game), and they have near-perfect communication (again, impossible for public games). They're not "the best", just the most practiced for a particular battle on a specific map against a pre-determined enemy team - if anything, that makes them worse than the average player which gets none of that help.
If you can't tell, I hate E-Sports and Competitive gaming. Not because I'm jealous, but because they tend to ruin the games they play for (e.g CoD, Halo, Overwatch, Fortnite) , and they usually have massive egos. Enlisted's competitive players probably aren't any different.

One counter to mining enemy rallies....build one in cover near the obvious one...the beeping sound from the "mined" rally helps keep the other hidden

What i never seem to understand with regular games is that i always come in the top 3, with 70-110 kills every game, but my team suck balls. Some with 20 kills.
Ofcourse it is nice to come first, but it doesn’t always mean we get the victory.

Why is it wrong? I mean ig I didn't openly say each number of each tip, but I counted, there are more than 20 things mentioned in the video :P
Banning impact grenades and grenade throwers I understand, but flamethrowers? Flamethrowers are basically high visibility smg's that typically only have an impact if they make it to a defended location. That, and I wonder why the tiger 2 H wasn't banned? The tiger 2 H is the toughest nut to crack right now, requiring a rather large cannon or bomb to get rid of, I don't know if panzerfausts can deal with it either.
I mean, flamethrowers used to be very OP before their movement nerfs and incredibly hard to kill/counter. But SPAMMING them is what caused problems - I've played games where at least 8 enemy players just cycled flamers and you literally can't play the game. I suppose it was because of that that they banned them, or something along these lines. Tiger II yeah I see your point, but panzerfaust 100 can sometimes, and a well-placed explosive pack can too (or a few, if you miss)
@@MajorMcDonalds Luckily, I haven't experienced flame thrower spam. I imagine if three or more people just shot a couple flame bursts into the air visibility would be next to zero for anyone trying to kill them first.

Yeah there's been a big issue with tier 2 for every faction I believe, I heard the best thing to do is skip tier 2, play 1 and research 3. I don't know personally because I've played tier 5 before there was a tier system
@wuzze8312 on the contrary, there's little reason to play BR1 and BR3 is a huge gamble. The best option is to find a comfortable spot in BR2 and research high tier stuff

Tenho visto cada vídeo seu, e como estou aprendendo ingles ainda, gosto do seu jeito mais calmo de falar, fica bem claro pra iniciantes na lingua! Espero que me responda, pois tenho uma duvida que não paro de pensar. Vejo nos videos sobre o jogo, esse modo campanha, mas no meu jogo ele não aparece! Fiz algo errado? Queria liberar mais armas, não tenho conta premium (terceiro mundo problems T-T) e sinto que está demorando bastante pra liberar qualquer arma! Sou muito bom em jogos de FPS, então consigo me virar e me divertir, mas as vezes o jogo fica tão frustrante que dou o famoso rage quit e voufazer outras coisas.
E outra, eu nao gosto de jogar com modo de squad, apesar de ser o foco do jogo, eu gasto todas minhas partidas jogando aquele modo solo, pesquisando por partidas criadas ou servidores, ainda nao entendi exatamente o que são.
Tem como liberar com a mesma facilidade a árvore tecnológica nesse modo solo? Ou deveria jogar em squad pra pesquisar as coisas? Digo, quero saber se tem alguma diferença, pois jogo war thunder e no modo realista, que voce joga com apenas uma aeronave, você ganha muito mais pontos que no modo arcade. i have a question, i did not play enlisted for a while and when i started again i was disapointed i could not play campaigns that i wanted so if there is a way to play your desired campaign i would love to hear about it
The “merge” happened recently, campaigns as we knew them no longer exist as you play as factions, not campaigns. There were many reasons this was done, but the biggest ones are to reduce the number of queues in the game so battles are more full of players all the time. You still though can pick your “maps” by choosing your battle rating (your weapons and equipment) which then gives you a list of possible campaigns for each BR that you might get

17:04 This was rather dumb move since the rally is next to an open wooden fence with sandbags covering the front of it, wouldn't it be safer to shoot it from the side where is the fence rather than jumping to your imminent death?

My best tip as a maxed out player is: to enable permanent W auto-walk. This will completely change your game and help you to be attacking (and counter-attacking) ALL the time (as you should) and will guarantee you a max win-rate.

Those social features are currently lacking in the game but they did say they’d add some in coming updates hopefully. In the meantime, you can join my Discord server (3,200+ people) to find teammates and talk to them if they are in-game etc

I cant even find friends on enpusted, how are people forming entire clans? I think VOIP on console is broken, because i can never talk to my team mates, ans the ping/chat system are terrible.

On console, during battles or after battles go to the leaderboards and you can send friend request. If someone sent you a friend request it should pop up on the main screen, bottom right hand corner. There are 3 “heads” there, one should have the number of friend request recieved
