Biggest tip: no matter how good or bad you are BUILD RALLY POINTS. Everyone on your team will love you and even if your team sucks a few well placed rally points can even the fight or give you an edge
1) Equip engineers and build rallies. 2) Use spot key (“V”) to spot enemies 3) Don’t run straight at them, flank instead 4) Use “X” to order the rest of your squad to positions. Useful to send at an objective while you flank, or to run across a street where enemy positions are unknown
Personally I believe that, as dumb as it sounds, charging straight at the enemy or their strategic Positions is a good strategy. not in any real scenario of course but ingame. Espaccially when you are defending, there is no consequenz for dying often. So always having fresh and full squads is in my opinion far better than using that rusty mosin wth your last soldier. Instead you should charge, take a few of the enemys with you and repeat. When defending espaccially, you shouldnt care for deaths. When attacking its a different story, but quickly establishing a presence on the objective and flanking the enemy dont go hand in hand easily. Enlisted rewards, kills, assists and contribution to the game as valuable points. And these are effectivly earned by killing as many enemys as possible as fast as possible. (Of course this only applies to Innfantry)
While I agree soviet has great kit. Soviet playerbase seems to lack good players. I often find myself in matches with what feels like a 1 vs 5 real players because my team is not building rallies and Im 100 kills above the second player and trying to cap and build rallies solo.
I’m new to enlisted on pc but I’ve been playing for a couple years in console and I can say that most Soviet players after the merge are not very good at attacking objectives or setting up rally points sometimes im the only person defending the objective and it just leaves me dumbfounded
@@NathanielNerquaye-Tetteh-uz2nf Yup Soviet players atm are definitely the most brain dead teamates for sure. I wouldn't recommend them to a newbie they will struggle. They do have great kit though.
same, ill be like 5k score above everybody with only me playing objectives and building rallies while on the minimap i see like 3 squads running around,so i just play tier 2 since axis players at low tier are not that good either
I’m liking tier 2 more than anything at the moment the main problems with Soviet players is that they don’t try and play the objective and they also have a really hard time marking tanks or large amounts of infantry for our cas to hit which makes it even harder to hold objectives
Alright random fact cause I noticed it on one of your squads, the apc driver for the premium German squad starts in the gunner spot, not the driver spot ( the apc operates 100x better if you move them to the driver position)
i honestly would say germany is the best faction to play since they have the largest map pool out of any faction - players who main germany would experience most of the maps and have the greatest variety of matches plus, their tech tree is ironically the most diverse with weapons/vehicles from italy, hungary, romania, czech, and a french rifle (and if we consider gold order weapons, we can add weapons from finland, belgium, and mexico to that list)
Japan as a faction really was overlooked in the merge considering that they yet have a tier 5 and both their tanks/aircraft are at a large disadvantage in general. The Ho I, a 75mm tank, for some reason has trouble penetrating a M5 and the role of the separate machine gunner (that honestly seems like a niche role to compensate for a lack of a coax machine gun) makes it harder for a starter tank crew of 3 when that role could be used for a loader. As for aircraft, they still have take off from their ships while a P38 can just instantly spawn and wipe out the team.
The Chi Nu 2 would be a good addition to the Japanese tree it has pretty mediocre armor similar to the M5s to be honest but it’s gun is on par with the US 76
I need Japan to not have a tier 5 because with out it I have somewhere to play that isn't getting up tiered to rank 5 in a rank 3 lineup. I can actually play aatch and not get up tiered to king tigers
No. Japanese fighters outturn anything except I-153. Trying to dogfight with them sitting even in LA-7 is very bad idea in case japanese plane user knows how to use it. And I-153 is so fragile, that one mistake, one hit from Zero, and you are in flames or without wing.
Don't forget to mentione the lunge mine who is litteraly bugged since 4 months, but don't worry, ingame shop to robe your money will always work perfectly with gaijin
I only played for maybe two years but my advice for new players is dismiss your snipers, get more engineers, build rally points, build anmo box when assaulting point so submachine gunners have more ammo to clean up the point because your silly bolt-action won't do it fast enough. Other than that, just chill, don't be a sore loser, don't be bitter. Here, we win some and lose some.
True, however, I like to have a mixed rifleman squad, to have there engineer, sniper and AT, then I can build rally points, if I need to attack or defend from distance, use my sniper, and when I see enemy tanks, I use AT :)
For me if I was to suggest to a new player what faction to go with it would be Germany first that’s where a majority of the players are (this is what it feels like to me), then the Soviets/Western Allies, and finally Japan. The long 76 tanks can knock out all of the German big cats from the front of the turret with the exception of the Tiger 2 H version you have to capola it but the US APHE has a weird fuse in it that causes it to not always trigger in time to cause damage.
The Pros and Cons for Germany at the start is very True, i don't usually play Germany in World War 2 games but the occasional moments where i feel like playing Germany i don't wanna do it because of the negatives of playing Germany and being called a wehraboo when i ain't one (far from it). But for real though i do have to agree with this list from worst to best starter nations. As someone who's pretty much completed Normandy Allies before the Merge i hadn't had to play much low tier games. However it is definitely more rough to play Allies when you are put against the better tanks and high tier guns of Germany. However i do feel like Allies is the most rewarding in terms of feeling. I love being in a Sherman and finding a way to beat a Tiger 2 by destroying the gun barrel and landing a lucking shot in the MG port to blow the tank up. The only faction i have yet to play is Japan but i have heard they got good infantry equipment but because Japan is stuck in the pacific they are going to be placed in tier 4 games regardless of your BR. So they will always be pitted against Allies with some of the higher tier equipment, but then again they had to deal with a good portion of those weapons prior to the merge so i'm not sure if it's that bad of a thing. (however when the Pershing gets added that will definitely be a cursed yet interesting thing seeing it on the Pacific) I have been playing Soviets and even with Mosin's i still do pretty good overall, the Soviets are definitely the go to faction for new players if you wanna have a good start to the game. Germany can be a pretty fun one do to them being everywhere but the Pacific. A common problem with both Allies and Soviets is that there's a distinct lack of team play, nobody building rallies or rarely spotting tanks and so on. Meanwhile the Germans do tend to build rallies just about everywhere and do work well together.
pacific axis had it really bad before the merge, and has it WORSE post merge, you have to get really lucky that the only allies that are playing are terrible at the game and didnt bring tanks, or thompsons, or those shitty fucking impact grenades
I'm a German main player and I will say that from my side of the battlefield I do see a lot of rally points being built. I myself the moment I spawn in I find a good flank with my engineer and build a rally point. I also drop artillery using a radio operator before my team pushes if the objective is outdoors. I always try to move cover to cover and look both ways before crossing a open section to make sure I'm not about to get my head taken off while doing so. One match I helped my team by playing as a sniper. I'd get me a sniper position above the objective and pick enemies off while spotting for my team. I picked off so many enemies that combined with the friendly artillery and stuka pilots dropping bombs we won despite being low on reinforcements.
Good luck playing any nation with a low BR. I play usa at BR2 so I can try to get a pacific map..... 50% of the time I'm fighting in Normandy against king tigers. The matchmaking is garbage. If I go low tier, I play against high tier players and if I go high tier, I play against low tier. Game was better before the merge!
@@PunisherFord I will admit that my win rate is slowly rising but I feel like it depends heavily on what servers you play too. Russians on RU server are obviously very fond of Russian-speaking troops so they will play Soviets more and be less competent than less popular Germans, for example. But I also play on EU servers where Germans are more popular so... yeah, it's hard to explain.
@ImpreccablePony that makes sense, I forgot everyone is on different servers. I play on US servers so that also could be why it's different. I also forgot to mention, even though I am winning russian br2, I'm always at the top. My team is garbage. So if it wasn't for me being a sweaty, my team wouldn't win as much. So I realize now that there was no need for my first comment.
always unlock your engineers when upgrading a squad. its a free 35 points every time someone spawns on them and this is a great and easy trickle of xp that can last even all game if playing conquest. also always equip explosive charges rather than the other grenades to turn every soldier into an antitank capable soldier.
Since the merge Germany is the easiest. The rest of the factions you will often bet stuck with what feels like playing the whole match alone with friendlies refusing to build rallies, spot enemies, and often just camping until you lose repeatedly.
It's a good guide, but to win it honestly depends on the meta. Usually the best players play Germany and that's why they often win even though they arguably have a worse tech tree
but in my opinion, when german player meet soviet,it often become so tough.Because soviet tank are hard as fk QQ that tank wiil stay in the back line and fire the soider and any tank whole game, and u have to do lots of effert to distroy it.
USA goes in all fields. I've been deliberately playing tier 1 USA and it is almost exploitative how much exp I'm getting per match. As tier 1 you can equip M3 Grease Guns and Stens - which are full-powered SMGs and some of the best and smoothest to use in the entire game, yet still BR-1. You win *every* battle (yes, 100% rate so far) with full medals and exp boosters. You can also play Tunisia and Pacific maps, besides Bulge and Normandy, so great variety too.
Germany, though, is the best investment for long term. Because you can play it basically against anybody, and, in the end, you just want those Tiger 2s and FG-42 IIs.
@@willcario5648 it doesn't matter if you play against br2 or br3 enemies. The meta is still the same, and fully doable even on br 1. I run 1 grease-gun assaulter squad, 1 9-men riflemen squads with large grenade pouches (they're useful mostly to cap point and dump grenades) and 1 engineer 2 squad (engineer II's can build MG nests, plus engineer structures are very useful against low-BR enemies). Thus it's still worth to stick to br 1 because of the very increased likelihood you will be facing low-tier and very bad enemies. Trust me, you are almost guaranteed to win every match and get win bonus + maximum boosters from medals, no matter how bad your team does. You can almost ignore your own team, because you will destroy the entire enemy team all by yourself. It's insane. There is a skill gap with low-tier players and it is exploitable as you get the same amount (if not even more) exp than playing on high brs.
I only played the soviets (and one match as the germans due to the game automatically putting me in the "play any faction" option), and only played a little, so take my advices with a grain of salt: General advice: -Do not worry for your squad: The AI is dumb as a brick, and has the reaction of one. Put them on a safe spot if you want, but trying to keep them alive is only going to be stressful and not worth it, at least early on. -If you are a tanker: STAY BEHIND and support your team. Use your machine gun and HE against garrisoned buildings and defensive structures. Use AP to deal with enemy tanks that may appear. Otherwise a competent enemy team will soon teach you how blind and clumsy your tank really is. (Also, if you see an enemy tank, spot it for your team, V as default, so they know where it is.) -Flank around! Don't always go through predictable routes. If you see an enemy that spot you through a window, don't show yourself again through that window, unless you are feeling really lucky. -Use your grenades! count to 4 for frags, and 5 for explosive charges. (Extra tip: throw explosive charges under tanks if possible. Makes it harder for them to avoid them). Molotovs to be annoying. -If you have more squads that you can fit in your roster: Strip as much gear off the squads you are not using as possible! Specially explosives, as they will help you better customize the squads you are actually using. -As things are at the momment of this posts: Engineers can make or break your team! Ensure that there are good rally points and enough ammo boxes for your team! A team without any of these twos is a losing team. URSS advice: -The Anti-tank rifle is effective at relative close ranges. Therefore, either flank tanks or aim to their tracks to inmobilize them. Extra points if you coordinate with a friend to throw an explosive charge after the tank is a sitting duck. -Also, The Anti Tank rifle is quite effective at killing infantry as well, so don't be afraid to take the shot in an emergency. -The T-60 sucks... don't bother to use it, it will struggle killing enemy tanks, and it's barely better than other tanks at killing infantry.
Anti tank rifle can be useful if you can ride the tank, shoot to the very far left side from the roof to hit the ammo. I disagree T-60 is a beast against infantry, tank peoe shouldn't bother with is T-70
@@vanja2565 In my oppinion, if you have a tank it's better to be able to actually deal with enemy tanks than to kill infantry xD. Let the rest of your team mow down infantry, and you support them with HE shells. Of course it might just be my preference and I might be wrong about the T-60 xD.
I think that Japan is the most beginner friendly faction in the game since it doesn't overwhelm you while too many weapons or squads per tier, like in the german for example.
Your gonna be losing a ridiculous amount of games, making it harder to grind. And then adding on to this, it is highly boring, and if you dont have a great pc, the maps are laggier.
@@DdidjdkdMost of this is unfortunately true. Though in my experience, the Japanese are quite balanced (in low BR, that is). Sometimes I win, sometimes I don't. And at times, my team is either braindead, decent, or very good

If you wanna play America just be warned, the Springfield sights are literally an iron block with a tiny sliver cut down the middle with a rear sight that covers up that sliver completely, you won’t be hitting stuff with skill rather you’ll hit them with shear luck😂
I love the sights on the German first rifles, (the ones you start with when you first start playing like kar98k gever-something) and the m1903a1usmc (same sights) as the ring really helps a little with targeting and I prefer snipers as hitting what I want is easier as I fully understand scopes. The standard 1903 sights are the next best. All other on top of weapon sights are here. The off to the side ones are the worst. I am a beginner and usually play America (I am American) but do recognize that other countries are better at some things. My second favorite is the Germans (mainly do to the aforementioned amazing sights). The Russians and Japanese are tied for last as they have nothing notable yet.

^This. Oh so much this! As a mortar dude marks can change the match. Have had teams cry that marking didn't make a difference when I asked for them, they refused to mark the entire match leaving me to fire where i guessed the enemy was and of course we lost. Other times I was credited with changing the outcome of the match when the credit should have gone to whoever was giving me such amazing marks. Honestly there should be a mechanism where if a plane, arty or mortar kills near your marking you get some points too. That's how important it is
@@gusmc2220 I concur ! I do love mortar too but as most players don't bother to mark it's more often than not a waste of time in an already time-consuming grindy game. Even though I do love to smoke all day everyday, the lack of reward for doing so discourage you from using it. Bonus point for recon assist or smoke assit would certainly help.

Since the merge, I feel like the allies are actually able to win games now, which is a nice experience. Especially compared to how badly they used to balance the teams, wkth the axis almost always beinf high ranked Pc players against low ranking console players. I still feel like the axis seems to be the best equipped and attracts the higher ranked players. Since the merge, they are also able to have a Panzer IV from the beginning. Whilst the allies have a choice of a Stuart, a AA half track, and a light british tank from the offset.
As a veteran who started a new account after the merge, I can say this, the Soviets are not good for newbies. The weapons are nice, but Quadro forgot to bring up the player base. The Soviet players do not play objective or build rallies. Constantly being the one to build rallies or push an objective, i can not count the number of times I've seen allies AROUND the objective rather than on it
I'd switch 1 and 2 the late game. German fighters arent a drawback: Late war Fw and Bf 109 G-14 at teir 5 are excellent fighters able to matvh the Allies and Soviets in the skies.
I wanted to play the Germans but I tought first that I unlock the Squads for all nations and had 6 games done as the Allies so I'm an allies player now.
Soviets have the KV-2, anti everything, does not matter if the enemy is sitting in a panzer 4 or a tiger 2, just shoot its turret from the front and it goes kaboom, easy 15+ kill with shots, feels like you drop a nuke at them every time you shoot. And its pretty hard to destroy the KV2, most of the time they kill my crew one by one, or they try to kill them. I have no Idea how can that thing survive most of the things, the crew members are sitting between the fuel tanks and the ammo, you would expect it to blow up instantly if it gets shot, but no.
I love to play germany, it was my first choice and I still rock it. About the airpower of Germans, I think German planes are strongly equipped, BUT! They are not as armorded as allied planes. If you play high tier fighters of Germany you have to rely on speed, detect enemy first, get on their tail, aim for their engines and wings, if you play attackers, then your armored better than the fighters, but you're slower, so you gotta be carefull with these and try to check if you're safe to go bombing, and let's not forget, you can also fight allied planes and soviet planes with anti aircraft gun built by engineers.
Doesn't really matter. After the merge, the emphasis on "balance" will eventually mean all rifles will be the same. All semi autos will be the same. All MGs will be the same. Heck, Japan's tier 5 guns are being beefed up (20 rounds IRL to 30 rounds IG) just to compete with USA. And at that, the BR system just means rifles will fight other rifles. Semis will fight other semis. Drum SMGs will fight other drum SMGs. That means no real variation to games.
Honestly as a germany player, just use whatever appeals to you. Im crazy for stuff like FG-42's and the slick black uniforms, but america has cool stuff, russia has cool stuff, japan... Okay japan needs some love
All the armies are about the same for the most in the beginning. Doesn’t matter who you pick. Just get an engineer as quickly as possible to earn a lot of easy points.
Nailed it. But I will say that if you can handle piloting and succeeding in a biplane, the rest of the planes should be easy for CAS but maybe not dogfighting
Germany is a great starter country and they have some great late game submachine guns and machine gun. Good video man, helped me in the beginning. Also the Soviet vehicles are power houses and great in the air and on the ground
Good list, good video, as always. I'd just add that Soviet MG squad is worth for the DShK alone, which can mow down waves easily. New players remember to find a TH-cam who has an affiliate link, hook yourself up with a week of free premium, there's nothing to loose. If you're starting, definitely don't pick Americans, they are quite horrible until the later tiers. I absolutely agree with Quadro, USSR and Germany are a way to go, although I'd personally recommend USSR.
Tip: dont buy many shotguns, i dont think that ya can have more than one per sqad, also, the German shotgun used by the pilots ( said the description) can't be equiped fór the air supperiority no.1 pilot
Also, in invasion mode, at the start, never ever make IT a standoff. You as the invader have limited troops, while the deffenders don't, And can loose millions of men, but they won't run out
Quadro: starts talking about the soviets Also quadro: shows clip where he plays as the germans Jokes aside, I don't really think that most new players will enjoy low br soviet battles. Only being able to play against the germans that beat them in basically anything other than submachineguns and are also usually old players that will torment you in Moscow (3br germany constaantly comes into 2br, with 5 Pz.4 Js for every KV1, germany has impact grenades that can explode even t28s with 2 shots) is probably not a very fun experience. More players on low tier germany will definitely help with balance, with less 3br tanks and more equal battles. However, as a soviet main, i say if you feel like it I see no reason why you shouldn't play as red army.
In my experience (mainly germany) , axis are best in the terms of the maps and their variety - from plains of africa , forests of russia to fighting house to house in berlin with great choice of weapons for any situation - good rifles , nice smgs , at weapons ....
I main US and decided to go USSR for the last two weeks. USSR BR1 is sooo bad but everyone knows that. The problem I’m finding is that the player base is bad. I’m breaking 100+ kills with the T28E, putting down awesome rally points, spending a ton of time on the points with no one even trying to get to the objective. I’m having a hard time deciding if it’s my expectation of people that’s too high or if the player base really is sub-par. When I play US we may loose but everyone is going for gold, lol! What do you think? I’m at the end of BR 2 tree for USSR by the way. Hoping once I go up I’ll find more players who want to win..
every nation except for the soviets get AT weapons with explosive payloads at br 2, which is miles better than using the ptrs for killing tanks, might be "easier" if youre experienced, becuase you dont have to arc the projectile, but an explosive payload will almost always be better if you can hit anywhere on the tank
@@8bitSpartan141 Yeah it can be a pain but I don't think it's OP. It just requires a bit of effort. Both japan and Germany have tanks that can penetrate it. I have one but I barely use it. The speed and agility of the Crusader and Daimler MK II are far more valuable (imo) the Matlida is slow and so an easy target for infantry and aircraft.
@@abrahamgn3614 tbh it was half and half, Americans diverted a crap ton of resources to the west and were rolling startlingly fast through German territory as the Soviets slowly rolled to Berlin. but ofc the Americans were better :)
I want to say this the allies bolt actions most in tier 1-2 has no bayonets the 5 rifles that can take such is literally the first two rifles in unlock which are both M1903s the Ross, enfield p14 and m1917 do not compared to Germans with 9/10 of their rifles allowing them to take bayonets the allies is a faction that lacks bayonets for the beginning (this exclusive to manual actions and not guns that can’t even take bayonets in the the first place)
Damn i started soviet and I was still suffering to progresss past rank 2. The grind is so slow. Thank god i didnt pick another nation, it could be even worse.
I did allies f2p all the way to br 5 its was a hell of a grind some bad weapons up until late br 4 now im grinding germany f2p just unlocked the level 2 engineers now doing the bf 110 and do it until i get to the bf 100 g2
Unfortunately, I can't agree, I really don't. What you said is correct!! You just didn't consider something... A LOT more players play Axis, Russian only gets Axis. The new match making try make balanced games, but the Soviet side many times got unbalanced games, because less people play it. Axis and USA the most played fraction now, these two got strong (real player) team...
Real scenario : Germany - Nice maps , amazing rifles , early game smg and mg kinda suck , Get 2-3 amazing players or get a whole brain dead team Allies - Nice maps , balanced everything , I like the sniper Soviets - I only played against them but BUT , it’s either a very competitive team or they have 1 or 2 god tier players who steamroll through brain dead German team . The SMG is sooo good , picked up one as a pilot ended up taking down 2 whole squads . Japanese - only pacific , long wait periods , smol tech tree
I think another reason drawback with allies is that tank is not that good compared with tiger II and IS 2 if they were 1v1 tank only battle I think only tank that is kind of useful is jumbo, they should of add M26 Perishing or any heavy tank as some of tank like M8 Scott, M10 and M18 GMC not bad tanks but only problem is if players Flank around the tank basically gun down all tankers or destroyed it ether anti tank weapon like Panzerfaust, RPzB (never try), GGP 40, or even you can turn that tank into hot grill with flamethrower, other tanks are not bad but lacking of armor like M4A2 but beside I think Jumbo kind of best because armor as other tanker dont one shot you with front most of time

I'm dealing with that right now. Seems like I'm the only one building rally points in every game. Or building anything at all actually. Which is crazy cause the engineer is super strong.
The best nation to play is the one you enjoy and have a connection with. Let's say US has amazing gear but I grew up with Eastern front movies so USSR/Germany are the obvious choice for me.
well, don't play germany if you don't want to play VS trihards all the time. unless of course your such a fanatic you just have to play german army just because of the STG (basicly an AK47) but that's an end tier grind and you be stuck on semi rifles the whole grind unless you pay for it but you know its a free to play game but buy if you want. germany also had some of the most frightening airplanes so i dont know why its not present and make no sence with the allies, i would recommend japan faction, oh allied for the grease gun, the grease gun is actually really good its a medium fire rate weapon not shooting too fast so you dont empty the mag too quick it hits hard have good range for a submachinegun. otherwise just play what you want, heheh.
Considering that grinding this game takes a long time, I don't think looking at end-game gears is a good way to 'start' a game. As you said in the video, the USSR suffers early game with MG and AT weapons (and I would add that the MP40 is still better than both PPSs in most of the cases), and let's not forget that these new players will have to struggle being blasted by Pz IVs all the time while being supported by... mostly T-50s or T-28s (Let's be real, as long as BR III is like this the T-34s are just a myth at this point.) and that's definitely not a good start. I will be honest, if you're gonna start the Enlisted right now... The German is just a no brainer, being 2nd or the best at everything all the way to the very end, unless you're those who complain that this faction needs 100/250-round belt-fed LMG right now to 'compete', of course.
Nah, PPS is definitely better than the MP40, and the Winchester is on par or better than the mannlicher. All the Soviet BR 2 tanks outclass the German counterparts, and I don't think its reasonable to assume there will be BR III german players but not BR III Soviet players. Germans are super strong, but IMO the Soviets have the best BR 2, and they can easily go toe to toe with the late germans as well.
@@HeyQuadro Well, at least in my timezone, when I play low tier (be it, the allies or the soviet) the German team would keep rolling out PZ IV Js and Pz IV F2s non-stop and I rarely see T-34 if at all (I saw like... 4 T-34s in my 40 low tier USSR games.) So yeah it's not a fun experience fighting Pz IV Js in M3 Lee all the time at all (got it before it's removed), don't want to imagine using the T-50 or T-28 tbh.

My two best tips for new players who choose to play any faction is to
#1: Build spawnpoints
#2: Play the objective
But first you must research engineer

Biggest tip: no matter how good or bad you are BUILD RALLY POINTS. Everyone on your team will love you and even if your team sucks a few well placed rally points can even the fight or give you an edge
I built those and it doesn’t seem to do nothing what are they for
@@Truedarealone you and teammates can spawn on them. They appear as a flag with a square base in the spawn menu.
1) Equip engineers and build rallies.
2) Use spot key (“V”) to spot enemies
3) Don’t run straight at them, flank instead
4) Use “X” to order the rest of your squad to positions.

I had great macthes as soviet tier III. But tier V....
The only reason to play the Japanese is if you want an accurate portrayal of what it was like to be an extra in hacksaw ridge

Japan really need a new map such as battle of Okinawa, Battle of Iwo Jima, or even battle with the soviet in Manchuria
That grenade throw at that dude in the pillbox was disrespectful 💀
Alright random fact cause I noticed it on one of your squads, the apc driver for the premium German squad starts in the gunner spot, not the driver spot ( the apc operates 100x better if you move them to the driver position)
Works even better with the machine gunner on the mg with reload perk, as the perk does count towards the loading of the mounted mg.
i honestly would say germany is the best faction to play since they have the largest map pool out of any faction - players who main germany would experience most of the maps and have the greatest variety of matches
plus, their tech tree is ironically the most diverse with weapons/vehicles from italy, hungary, romania, czech, and a french rifle (and if we consider gold order weapons, we can add weapons from finland, belgium, and mexico to that list)
I think that USA has Germany beat with map variation because of the Pacific
Both excellent Hei's start in the air.
(however when the Pershing gets added that will definitely be a cursed yet interesting thing seeing it on the Pacific)
I have been playing Soviets and even with Mosin's i still do pretty good overall, the Soviets are definitely the go to faction for new players if you wanna have a good start to the game.
Nice video, just started playing yesterday and in any WW2 game I always want to play for the Soviets the most so guess I am lucky on this game.
Playing BR2 USSR you know what my winrate is after 400 battles? 34%. Good luck playing at low BRs as the Soviets. What can I say.
@@duke7052 If you are facing BR 4 units at BR 2 then that is a bug. It’s normally supposed to be 1-3 and 3-5 for matches.
I've been playing Russian br2 and I've been winning every other game. It might just be your luck
As Germany Main: *I'm basically defending all fronts!* haha
In my personal opinion, the best faction to start with is the one you think is the coolest.
Since the merge Germany is the easiest. The rest of the factions you will often bet stuck with what feels like playing the whole match alone with friendlies refusing to build rallies, spot enemies, and often just camping until you lose repeatedly.
Yeah in theory Soviets are best but you can never get a good team with them, only Germany has kinda consistently good teammates.
It's a good guide, but to win it honestly depends on the meta. Usually the best players play Germany and that's why they often win even though they arguably have a worse tech tree

Because you can play it basically against anybody, and, in the end, you just want those Tiger 2s and FG-42 IIs.
you shouldnt dress for br1 because br1 plays against br2 and br3 anyway, you might as well just use br2 weapons since you'll find the exact same games
I only played the soviets (and one match as the germans due to the game automatically putting me in the "play any faction" option), and only played a little, so take my advices with a grain of salt:
General advice:
-Do not worry for your squad: The AI is dumb as a brick, and has the reaction of one.
(Also, if you see an enemy tank, spot it for your team, V as default, so they know where it is.)
-Flank around!
URSS advice:
-The Anti-tank rifle is effective at relative close ranges.

@@gusmc2220 I concur ! I do love mortar too but as most players don't bother to mark it's more often than not a waste of time in an already time-consuming grindy game.
I main a medic squad it’s really fun even with the base weapons I have a blast(of course for the USA)
Think I’ve decided to go with Germany. Coming from War Thunder while also being a long time battlefield player, I’m looking forward to the tanking.
That means no real variation to games.
i could identify about 15% of the weapons planes and tanks you were talking about throughout the video
Honestly as a germany player, just use whatever appeals to you. Im crazy for stuff like FG-42's and the slick black uniforms, but america has cool stuff, russia has cool stuff, japan...
Okay japan needs some love
Nah f*** japan have you played allies at br 2 and br 5 agaisnt japan its almost a 75%+ win rate
I like allies the most but soviets are also good but i can't for some reason use their weapons they are weird for me
Good list, good video, as always.
I absolutely agree with Quadro, USSR and Germany are a way to go, although I'd personally recommend USSR.
oh man great point about the MG, i need to consider that more in future BR videos!
Bro Madsen is a beast its a fully automated oneshot sniper as long as you dont have stormtrooper aim its damn op
Tip: dont buy many shotguns, i dont think that ya can have more than one per sqad, also, the German shotgun used by the pilots ( said the description) can't be equiped fór the air supperiority no.1 pilot
Also, in invasion mode, at the start, never ever make IT a standoff. You as the invader have limited troops, while the deffenders don't, And can loose millions of men, but they won't run out
Quadro: starts talking about the soviets
Also quadro: shows clip where he plays as the germans
Jokes aside, I don't really think that most new players will enjoy low br soviet battles.

I just downloaded the game the other day and figured I'd try the Soviets, and so far we've lost every single match. Hoping it gets better.

How manny these did you actually saw?
I play as the USA bc of the British soldiers
They should add hacksaw ridge to enlisted
I played soviet to experience the other end of russian bias
Same. Nice to play as the main contributors toward allied victory in WW2
@@abrahamgn3614 lol i do enjoy humor
@@Gogosqwezethegreatest it's easier for you and others to continue believing otherwise
@@abrahamgn3614 tbh it was half and half, Americans diverted a crap ton of resources to the west and were rolling startlingly fast through German territory as the Soviets slowly rolled to Berlin. but ofc the Americans were better :)
@@Gogosqwezethegreatest The Americans barely did anything in ww2 besides war crimes, they mostly fought against the Japanese and helped the British
I want to say this the allies bolt actions most in tier 1-2 has no bayonets the 5 rifles that can take such is literally the first two rifles in unlock which are both M1903s the Ross, enfield p14 and m1917 do not compared to Germans with 9/10 of their rifles allowing them to take bayonets the allies is a faction that lacks bayonets for the beginning
(this exclusive to manual actions and not guns that can’t even take bayonets in the the first place)
That a simple answer:
Deutschland, Deutschland über alles,
Über alles in der Welt
Stimme ich dir zu 100% zu mein Kamerad. ;)
I been playing so wrong 😂 I just play with every faction and rank them up no wonder I don’t have any good guns or vehicles
Real scenario :
Germany - Nice maps , amazing rifles , early game smg and mg kinda suck , Get 2-3 amazing players or get a whole brain dead team
Allies - Nice maps , balanced everything , I like the sniper
Soviets - I only played against them but BUT , it’s either a very competitive team or they have 1 or 2 god tier players who steamroll through brain dead German team . The SMG is sooo good , picked up one as a pilot ended up taking down 2 whole squads .
Japanese - only pacific , long wait periods , smol tech tree
This video is so true great advice.
honestly i dont choose a particular faction i just on the join any team option
Japanese: Assault
German: Tank/Rifle/Machine-gun
American: Aircraft
Soviet: Solid second place in everything/Allrounder
Quadro's soviet biased confirmed
Should just invented a Chinese faction and make it complete shit with twice the manpower.
Make sure you load it on an SSD and not a HDD or your load-in will be extremely long!
I just let the game pick for me usually but I did grind the US faction early on until I got the Garand for all my riflemen
Bro what was that explosion pack hahahah it came with hate or what😂
I think another reason drawback with allies is that tank is not that good compared with tiger II and IS 2 if they were 1v1 tank only battle I think only tank that is kind of useful is jumbo, they should of add M26 Perishing or any heavy tank as some of tank like M8 Scott, M10 and M18 GMC not bad tanks but only problem is if players Flank around the tank basically gun down all tankers or destroyed it ether anti tank weapon like Panzerfaust, RPzB (never try), GGP 40, or even you can turn that tank into hot grill with flamethrower, other tanks are not bad but lacking of armor like M4A2 but beside I think Jumbo kind of best because armor as other tanker dont one shot you with front most of time
The M26 Pershing is coming in the next major update. It's stated on the Enlisted website in one of their recent dev blogs.
@@DarlinaLTesh oh I am one of those person who don't look into blogs
@@SillyLeaf420 I follow their posts religiously since I started playing again a couple weeks ago. So much has changed since OBT, I was quite overwhelmed xD And sad that so many fun vehicles got removed on German side ._.
@@DarlinaLTesh which ones? Also at least it still kind of better off then war thunder
@@SillyLeaf420 I saw videos on YT about the removal of the Jagdtiger and the Sturmtiger, probably more... 2 of my favorite German kitties xD Super happy the Tiger II is at least a formidable foe in Enlisted, unlike in WT xD
Enlisted shoul've seperated The British nation from USA
How about europe nation and USA
that would be good@@AceShinkenGames
They need to have Britain as a separate faction
Even Italy
@@andrewfernandez268 let's just freaking separate every country😂
Br2 soviet is hell. The sheer lack of decent players and teamwork is appalling
probably another reason for people to actually play it. telling people to avoid it just makes the problem worse
@@boochaca7957 now that you say it, yeah that's a good point
I'm dealing with that right now. Seems like I'm the only one building rally points in every game. Or building anything at all actually. Which is crazy cause the engineer is super strong.
That is why i play germans tier II, it's super easy to win. Panzer IIIN for life.
@brotherrabbit5525 for reall, btw how do I make machine gun nest and field gun? No option to do those for me
They should definitely let the Soviet union and Japanese fight. That way each faction has 2 enemies.

Missed opportunity to say 'getting enlisted into the red army'
Its the same as War Thunder. I need to grind my entire life to get near endgame content.
And you're saying this now...
After i played for one week
is there any mode w/o AI ?
Man i would like to play this game like HLL
The best nation to play is the one you enjoy and have a connection with.
Let's say US has amazing gear but I grew up with Eastern front movies so USSR/Germany are the obvious choice for me.
Based and “just have fun lol” pilled
basically , Sovet beat Germany , Germany beat America , and America beat japan , that how it works mostly in the game
should i choose germany or ussr?
if you play germany as a beginner have fun with usa grenade spammers and ussr sweats
well, don't play germany if you don't want to play VS trihards all the time.
unless of course your such a fanatic you just have to play german army just because of the STG (basicly an AK47) but that's an end tier grind and you be stuck on semi rifles the whole grind unless you pay for it but you know its a free to play game but buy if you want. germany also had some of the most frightening airplanes so i dont know why its not present and make no sence with the allies, i would recommend japan faction, oh allied for the grease gun, the grease gun is actually really good its a medium fire rate weapon not shooting too fast so you dont empty the mag too quick it hits hard have good range for a submachinegun. otherwise just play what you want, heheh.
Ï dont know if i should pick Germany or USA. please help me with choice. Thanks
4 T-34s in my 40 low tier USSR games.)
So yeah it's not a fun experience fighting Pz IV Js in M3 Lee all the time at all (got it before it's removed), don't want to imagine using the T-50 or T-28 tbh.
You dont think the madsen is the worst gun in enlisted?
I disagree with the americans being num 3, why? They got the lee enfield/ smle, M50 reising is slept on and when you get to the lanchester that is the best BRII western allies gun IMO, sherman, crusader, m3 lee/ grant, p38, sbd3
rite now im playing as the usmc an im trying to figure out the sensitivity
You gotta tel me how to use the lunge mine. It barely ever works.
Soviets. Used to be Berlin Soviets. Now just Soviets.
Wester allies have weak planes. Once you sit into La-5 or even better La-7 and go into custom all-nation fights, tehre is nothing even close. You will outmaneouver P-51 and P-47 like nothing. Not to mention Yak1 and Yak7 if used for air superiority.
Nah late war Germans have Bf109 it's so freaking good and its cannons are much better than those weak 12.7mms
From what I saw USA in the laughing stock of the game.I played with every other nation and had good matches even if i lost ,but with USA enemy wiped the floor with us in many matches didn't passed the first objective in 10 matches I had one win and that beacouse time expired. I presume is a players problem beacouse many of new players like me pick USA as first nation.
Fair list!
who need guns when you have impact nades and AP mines
