Maybe because the wolf in the first episode had killed a bear for sport and looking at the wolf there was no damage or scratch marks anywhere and everyone was noticed to be frightful of him so in the second episode hansel heard of the wolf killings and went to go investigate as we know he was able to do significant damage to the wolfs face and body but however still met his end. But at the end hes seen to get killed again but its his soul being taken to the witch maybe she thought his courage was something to study and took his soul. But thats just me babbling

In my opinion, Hansel wasn't saved because he hasn't died yet. From what we saw in the second chapter, he stayed in that infinite cycle of "you didn't save them" and the witch is going to kind of turn Hansel into a new "wolf".

This was overall the BEST. Especially the ending where all the souls that the wolf had taken, can finally be free. Except for one soul.. That is Hansel. I’ll be rooting for The Hansel & Gretel Analog Horror.
Okay so let me get this straight: The wolf was a boy that was corrupted by a witch,he wanted to take revenge so he killed people in the forest. Red riding hood's grandma died first. Red riding hood died second. Red riding hood's mother died third,before she died she left a note which stated the wolf was trying to find her,the wolf eventually found her and killed her,Then hansel goes to the forest with a shotgun and heads to red riding hood's house,then finds the dead body of red riding hood's mother,finds the note,sees the wolf outside the window,shoots it in the eye with a shotgun,it runs away and then sneaks behind hansel and scars his face,Then later gets shot twice in the chest and body,Hansel runs away,heads to red riding hood's grandmother house to hide,finds dead red riding hood,Goes into a room with the wolf already inside and kills off hansel after mutilating him in the face. Then 3 pigs makes their houses. The first pig gets ambushed and its door gets broken down,Then dies by being mutilated in the face,then gets decapitated. The second pig gets ambushed after the wolf breaks inside after breaking the window with the first pig's head which the pig already saw outside his window and still decided to not let the wolf in,then gets mutilated in the face and gets hanged by the wolf. Third pig: Sacrifice itself by making the plan to make its house out of bricks,then Gets lighter and gasoline,Then pours gasoline on the floor and waits till the wolf enters the home and asks the wolf to enter,then burns itself with the wolf. The wolf burns and the soul of the boy comes out,tells us that everyone's soul is free but hansels soul is trapped with the witch that turned the same boy into the wolf. The whole time that we were helping the 3 pigs was *gretel* so us gretel must go and save hansel from being trapped from the witch. *This has to be the whole lore* *I forgot about this,the witch takes the wolfs body in the end and gretel is now our only hope to save hansel.

Maybe because the wolf in the first episode had killed a bear for sport and looking at the wolf there was no damage or scratch marks anywhere and everyone was noticed to be frightful of him so in the second episode hansel heard of the wolf killings and went to go investigate as we know he was able to do significant damage to the wolfs face and body but however still met his end. But at the end hes seen to get killed again but its his soul being taken to the witch maybe she thought his courage was something to study and took his soul. But thats just me babbling

In my opinion, Hansel wasn't saved because he hasn't died yet. From what we saw in the second chapter, he stayed in that infinite cycle of "you didn't save them" and the witch is going to kind of turn Hansel into a new "wolf".

Red riding hood's grandma died first.
Red riding hood died second.
Red riding hood's mother died third,before she died she left a note which stated the wolf was trying to find her,the wolf eventually found her and killed her,Then hansel goes to the forest with a shotgun and heads to red riding hood's house,then finds the dead body of red riding hood's mother,finds the note,sees the wolf outside the window,shoots it in the eye with a shotgun,it runs away and then sneaks behind hansel and scars his face,Then later gets shot twice in the chest and body,Hansel runs away,heads to red riding hood's grandmother house to hide,finds dead red riding hood,Goes into a room with the wolf already inside and kills off hansel after mutilating him in the face.
Then 3 pigs makes their houses.
The first pig gets ambushed and its door gets broken down,Then dies by being mutilated in the face,then gets decapitated.
The second pig gets ambushed after the wolf breaks inside after breaking the window with the first pig's head which the pig already saw outside his window and still decided to not let the wolf in,then gets mutilated in the face and gets hanged by the wolf.
Third pig: Sacrifice itself by making the plan to make its house out of bricks,then Gets lighter and gasoline,Then pours gasoline on the floor and waits till the wolf enters the home and asks the wolf to enter,then burns itself with the wolf.
The wolf burns and the soul of the boy comes out,tells us that everyone's soul is free but hansels soul is trapped with the witch that turned the same boy into the wolf.
The whole time that we were helping the 3 pigs was *gretel* so us gretel must go and save hansel from being trapped from the witch.
*This has to be the whole lore*
*I forgot about this,the witch takes the wolfs body in the end and gretel is now our only hope to save hansel.
