The chaos and awkwardness is the main reason to watch anyway, don't worry about becoming a "pro" vlogger that shit gets boring.
I had my ACL/LCL surgery may 12th. Took my hamstring as well. I am amazed with how far along you are. I feel like I am still struggling with stuff and I haven’t even thought about running again.
This is my second ACL surgery in two years (different side than the first) so I have been able to be really on top of it with knowing exactly what to do right off the bat... Plus I only had to repair my ACL, no other ligaments-adding the LCL in the mix definitely adds some difficulty to your recovery. At this point during my first recovery I had way more hangups and discouragement, so I feel ya. It's a marathon not a sprint!!
@@DelilahCupp I have watched countless videos on recovery. Probably one of the few that talk about how mentally draining this is. It’s a very lonely processes. Thank you for being as authentic as you can. I can understand how hard it is to talk about it on big platform
@@soccerlife191 thank you! I will do my best to share more on the mental side as 100% I agree it is very lonely. I just usually only film stuff when I am in a good mood lol
When you said you are going to reorganize your gear room I was like "hell ya I need to do that too." Then watching you reminded me that everytime I "organize" my gear, I end up just getting rid of a few things and shuffling the gear into differant boxes. End up using the same gear that does get put alway because I use it all the time and not looking in the boxes until my next "organizing"
hahah... glad I am not the only one. Those storage boxes are a blessing and a curse. I have made absolutely no progress since this video lol
I had my acl reconstruction on aug 4th ( w/ hamstring) , 6 weeks in to PT and had never heard of "ligamentisation" until now and dam its a hard word to say lol
No kidding haha. It is a good term to know though! I never heard it from my PT but a friend who has gone through the same thing sent me research with that graph and I feel like it's actually really helped my understanding of what's actually happening and why it's in the danger zone even when you feel strong
@@DelilahCupp Thanks for the response. I just asked my PT about it and he said its about the 6 week mark when the graft starts to weaken . Shrug.. who knows .. but I like the content you are posting and I appreciate the response ! Hookem
@@robertperez5427 interestingggg… yet another discrepancy in ACL guidance hahahh. Thank you!
