Thanks for sharing this house. I love your videos they are well done! You and your wife are very likable and I appreciate your knowledge about real estate, Italy and other related subjects. 😊
You’re welcome. We have a new kind of video coming out next weekend on Saturday. It’s a combination town tour and looking at real estate listings in that town. The first one is Cortona, Tuscany. I hope you enjoy it.
The garden and surroundings are beautiful. As for the house: it is quite dated and the furnishings have a rather frumpy appearance. Especially the ground floor, such as the old-fashioned kitchen 🙈 with the tree trunks along the stairs... 🙊 ) For a price of almost €700,000 you expect much more luxury and comfort in the finish.
and that's why I also emphasize "Asking" price... And if I say it like "ASSSSKIINNNGGG" price is... You know I really think they are bonkers. It was a nice house. The right price is what the check clears for... at least thats what I have always said. - BRAD
WOW!!! What a beautiful, peaceful place that would be to live! I'd make that second place my art studio! Totally awesome! I loved that huge fireplace in the kitchen area of the main house. I also loved the stove.
It was a neat place. I mentioned to someone else that there are a lot of places like this. Just shop around. Go on AlfanoRealEstate.com and see some really neat stuff.
I don’t like to talk about the price and stuff until the intro is over. The price was at the 3:00. Usually I have it in the thumbnail too but not this week.
I think you’re right on the chapel conversion on the second residence, Brad. No other reason for the ceiling height. The rectangle shape looks like it too.
Yes, but this is a unique place, and that was their asking price not necessarily what it’s worth. You can live very cheap in Italy, I think it’s more than 50% cheaper than living in the United States. Our health insurance went from $1600 a month to €230 a month to be in the national program. We rent a three bedroom two bath house for 700-year-old a month near one of the best wine areas in the world . Our food bill is no more than €100 a week and I don’t even think it’s that much. So yes, you can buy an expensive house here, but you can also buy a lovely house like my friend just bought, a two bedroom two bath in the countryside with a huge swimming pool for €200,000. If you want to go really cheap, you can get a nicely put together house in a nice area of Italy for under €100,000.
I love stone houses! I liked very much the small house too, the only thing i would change in that house was " the red & white" bath, and yellow kitchen. It doesnt go with the rest of the architecture of the house. I want to ask you something brad, how this patronage works? I looked for an option while watchin your channel with my mobile but couldn't find a way to patronage your channel In the mean time though i had my new 8 tenants to subscribe to your channel I told them " thats one of the requisites i demand if you really want me to consider your application" i am just kidding 😂. I did asked them kindly thought if they could subscribe to your channel. They all immediately pulled out their phones and subscribed in front of me. I guess they wanted to be on good terms with their landlord! 😅
@BradsWorld don't worry brad, those 8 new tenants of mine, told me they were going to tell their other 20 former roommates to subscribe as well! Hahaha
If only I could afford this. It is exactly the type of property I love. And wouldn't do much to this. Love the character.
There are a lot of nice houses like this at 1/3 the price. Maybe different position or something but nice nonetheless!
Can you advise us where to look? Amazing house, and my wife and I are planning to visit Italy in September, similar houses to the one is of interest
Wow! Nice property. I love the balcony and patio and outside areas.
Just needs a pool and refresh in my book.

I love the idea of a town tour and house showing combo. It’s important to see what the town is like! I look forward to it 😊

My grandparents were from Ferentino and they grew up in the old town. If ever I bought property in Italy it would be in Ferentino..
Hi brad . The house is stunning. I love it!
Hello Brad and Olivia! Great property ! But no price?

I just came back from Italy and there is so many people moving to Italy. It’s not cheap in Italy. 690€ is not cheap.

I want to retire in Italy and you are so helpful.
I think you would love it here! We do!
Fenomenal...
Beautiful house and garden. Italians are a little strange, they simply can't get enough of dinner tables.
They do eat a lot… 🤣🥳

Please let us know how to get in contact and what is the asking price - thank you
Sure! Like it says in the video at the start of the property tour, the asking price is €690.000. The agent is Claudia@AlfanoRealEstate.com
@@BradsWorld thank you
How much is this house???

@@amymegginson-uz7jjAre you and I the only ones paying attention? 😂😅
It’s in the first 2 seconds of the property tour!?! 🤷🏼♂️. I was going to tattoo it on my forehead but I thought that was overkill.
@@BradsWorld do you really think people watch every second?
Hahaha 🤣 So funny! I mean if you're watching the video and Brad says very clearly the price !! At the beginning of this video lol lol
