I couldn't agree more here. Also, I'd love to see a gate incorporated to the houses as well - given that it's not that safe here in the PH (unless you live in subdivisions like Forbes of course). I'd love to see designs with enough parking space as well - given that almost every low/mid/high-middle class can afford one these days.

I like it, esp the patio/ balcony on each floor and the window types. Only thing I'd change : extend the roof lower edges past the handrails below them. As is, there's less cover from rain for the horizontal outdoor spaces, and the handrails would get hit hard by P I rain. Those tilt-out windows are not only clever, they're
efficient for ventilation and rain-tolerant too.

Love it. I would like to see at least a dishwasher drawer, kitchen cupboards all the way to ceiling instead if wasted space; is the bathroom mirror a cabinet too? Is there a drawer under the bathroom sink? Where us is the storage for vacuum, Linens? Maybe under stairs? The downstairs bathroom, if kids, needs a shower/bath. Otherwise, I love this design.

Ultra modern interior design, clean lines. Replace steps with ramp, have side-by-side W/D, widen doorways to 36" & the main floor would w lookork for a disabled person.

CONCERNS: 1. Candlelight bulbs outside look very nice but wouldn't water get in when it's raining and cause electrical problems (2:07). 2. Those rather large windows are also great but wouldn't it be easy to break-in (2:27)? BUT OVERALL, REALLY NICE HOME. CONGRATULATIONS. WELL DONE. First time on your channel. [Liked & Subscribed]

In many option that very important for house to be affordable to live in!
I think that the budget of 1.2 million PHP is roughly 24 000 USD which means that most of the finishings in the home will either be on the cheaper end. Solar panels and installation will run you the cost of the house for a quality setup. Having insulated walls will also be pricey, this is assuming that you will try the European style of using wooden frames as your structural unit of the house. If you are not using concrete blocks and cement for your structure it will be a headache in the long run due to moisture and termites problems you will encounter throughout the life of the house. If you are thinking about using steel beams their goes your budget.
