The general layout is beautiful and practical, well optimized.
Two comments though:
1. The ladder which will be problematic not only for access, but also for moving things (clothes, brief cases)
2. In the ground floor bedroom, I’m not sure the desk would be useable: sitting on the bed while working would kill your back.
Also, but probably a Northern Europe concern, I don’t see any space to hang your rain jacket in the entrance.
Just to make it clear, I’m noticing a few concerns, but I would be totally incapable of producing such a beautiful design

Super scary ladder!
I like how you point out some concerns which I have also noticed, but I reckon it can be modified according to owner's preference...
You can set up a murphy bed in a small bedroom to maximize the space. Also, It's typical for Filipino setup to have a ladder-like stairs - It might not be a huge issue to most of us but it could be phobia-inducing for some folks.
I also agree that this is a very beautiful design.

Ok this is really cute, but more than just a house, this looks like a very cozy coffee shop design. Apart from the kitchen, just turn everything else, including the 2nd level into the customer's dining area. Very inspiring. I really like it.

Such a very good design. My main concern (if it were my house, lol) is the use of the ladder to go up the loft. Maybe I will add skinny stairs for me. But, definitely, a very beautiful design. New subscriber here. More videos to come!

most of the tiny houses designs i’ve watched just has rooms for one or two. the philippines is big on families. i think there should be more designs that would fit for four or more, no? or maybe its just not possible haha

One of the things that a lot of Tinyhouses lack is some proper office space. Having some dedicated space to put down a laptop or a bigger pc and still have room its great. One thing that I missed is a laundry corner with a washingmachine drier combo.

This was such a great design.. i love how the washer is incorporated within the design.. usually i see designs like this but then the washer is like outside the house.. which isnt practical in the ph..

A pocket door on the bathroom to comfortably accommodate a full sized washer and dryer stack. A pull out stair case rather than a ladder.

Hello sir/mam i really like the design, also I would like to share/suggest that the stove should have a range hood, the smoke/smell/heat of the food while cooking might end up in the bedroom area. if the location is windy that would not be a problem since there are a lot of ventilation. again I love the design ^_^ keep it up I'll be tuning on your channel

I'm trying to design a house inspired by the palette and the woven patterns of this house. Would you have an idea on a gated property? What would a balai gate look like? Is it just wooden planks? Picket Fences? More lattice?

@@MODERNBALAI yeah as ive said the only thing i like about this was the lattice design and the color palette which are also present in a lot of bali style architecture so it isnt something new. My house design is completely different than this as this is much smaller than the one I'm designing.

The ladder is too vertical and has no grab rails at the top. It could be designed to be pulled out at an angle then stored vertically when not in use.
