that heavy tread plate is a great upgrade from the thin ones i have seen. i think i would have made the top and bottom plates that connect the extension arm to the cross width wheel lift bar assembly out of one piece of metal. wouldnt cost much to have an offset bend make to transition from one thickness to the other. love the leaf spring and mower blade wear plates.

I have North Star dual voltage stick welder I got 150 bucks or less my first died but the new one they gave me I had to my old shop school teachers he was helping me me add axle I hear him swearing wtf out of form for teacher so I was like what’s wrong he was mad my 100 welder worked better than his pricy miller I have guy that sells them he knows what ones are good

Mine has recessed pin with square like most factory wheel lifts that’s probably best part I have besides the tubes
what cylinder did you use for the L arms to open and close?size?bore?stroke
They are off of a John Deere combine. It’s an 8 inch stroke and I believe it’s 1.5 bore.
