    Everything looks good. The only thing I would change is the outside c-channel around and notch cross members. So the outside would be smooth

      @@PaulWright-h6p preference, i like the channel like that because it reflect the lights, it also give you the whole length to strap to as well for the awkward loads, if im doing a rub rail or someone wants them smooth, i use box tube on the outside, notching every rail is alot of extra time, totally get it though, some people like it and some prefer the smooth

    Do you put anything between the frame and the bed? Rubber or something...

      I didnt install this one, but i usually use 3x3 box tube and mount to frame that way, can put a rubber bushing if you wanted to
