He is correct, I am a small carrier, and I missed my window and fell into that scenario. The factoring company that I work with is great, but I did mist my window I can't get out unless I pay a Fee.
So in non-recourse with haul pay, was the gentleman saying saying that even if an approved shipper doesn’t pay back the money on a purchased invoice, the money paid to the driver won’t be charged back to the broker?
Check them out. I’ve used them for the past few years and recommend them as an option to most new brokers. It’s always good to check out a few to compare as well. But I haven’t come across a cheaper, more flexible option for new brokers especially.

@@Freight360so if this is the case, Haulpay would be more restrictive with who they allow you to work with.
