Cleaning My G-Shock GA-100CM-8ADR

This is my first time disassemble G-Shock and clean all the dirt using bottle washer. The hardest part was removing the band because this model is using spring bar. Not screw as usual. Hope this video can help other who want to keep their G-Shock clean.

p/s - Actually this is my father's G-Shock, he wearing it all day long every day. That's why got so many dirt build up.

When you seal it back up you should do it in an environment with very low humidity or else the inside will fog up and the fragile components inside the watch will be damaged

why didn't you simply wash the case and the strap with some dish soap and water BEFORE opening the case and exposing the movement? If you don't wash it first, you risk getting some of the dirt and mud inside of the watch. Also there is no need to open the watch case at all, as it is waterproof, so you can just wash it while it's closed with the movement inside. It did look good after you cleaned it though
